Let me start by saying I was extremely irritated with my old carrier before entering this location. Jamal was excellent! He calmed me down and I accomplished my goal - to transfer my service. He was extremely personable; his customer service skills were top notch. I strongly recommend this location.

I would highly recommend not going to this store for a new line since it is an authorized retailer. Their capacity to help is limited. It is much better to go to a corporate AT&T store.Search for “AT&T Corporate” store and visit the closest one to you for the best experience.I was at this store for 4 hours and was not able to walk away with what I wanted. I transferred lines from a relative’s family plan, and desired to set up a new line an activate it with a new phone. The priority for the rep was a new phone. He was the only one working and was handling 3 different people at the time and it was on a Sunday. Tough situation for any person. They seem to be stretched thin at this location.

We were planning on switching to ATT from another provider and decided to visit the local store to discuss deals. Ultimately this was a waste of time. The manager at this location on 10/14/2020 at 5:00PM was unfamiliar with online deals (primarily waving activation fees), unable to match online specials, and fairly dismissive. They even went so far as to encourage us to go with Verizon.We decided to go through the online order process and actually saved close to 30% per month from the prices the manager quoted AND had activation fees waved. Save yourself some time and frustration and either go with Verizon (like the ATT manager suggested), go to a different ATT retailer, or just do it all yourself from home online.

Unfortunately zero stars is not an option.If you come this this store, DO NOT WORK WITH WILL. He will upgrade your line without giving you all the details so your bill will be higher. The point of me visiting the store was to lower my bill. Somehow it increased. Unfortunately, he doesn’t know how to communicate terms and conditions and would rather check off the sale.I came in the store to waste over an hour of my time for him to surrender trying to figure out the problem and handing it off to another colleague. What a class act.

This location is horrible!! You always have to wait forever because they are short staffed. I came in to pay my bill and I waited 45 minutes. The manager said he will be right with me and left got lunch came back ate his food, and then still didnt hell me !! So much for customer service!

Do not go to this store. First, this is not an official corporate owned AT&T Store, it is an “authorized retailer”. After having a huge problem that the store refused to take responsibility for, the AT&T customer service people via phone told me to never go to an “authorized retailer”.My wife went into upgrade phones for her and my daughter. Neither phone was in stock. I don’t think they carry any stock that I could see. The store salesperson ordered phones for them. My daughters phone never arrived because “something was wrong with the system”. My wife’s order wound up being the wrong phone and the store refused to take it back. We had to mail it back to AT&T ourselves.When I went back to talk to the manager, the salesperson lied and said that my wife ordered the “dark green” phone and not the “gold” phone. So he basically called my wife a liar.This store should not be patronized. This store should be closed.

My family and I went in on Saturday, needing an upgrade on one of our phones, installing new WiFi at the home and help with data issues. Bishop went over and beyond and helped us out! The customer service was outstanding. His fellow employee was great as well. I’ll be recommending everyone to go to this location. You guys rock!!

Was treated with the ultimate disrespect. The employees both black and white can be partial towards there guests. Me and my brother went to this location and was told to wait after signing in. We waited for about ten minutes. A white family walked in. And one of the employees came from the back to assist immediately. Its only this at&t though. Good luck in this place!!!

Bishop is the best!!! I was on the doorstep of the store at 10:00 am last Saturday with a big data problem. He worked with me and support for over an hour and finally came up with a solution for me! I had already spent time on the phone that morning with support and really got no where. So as someone else said, Bishop was my hero that day!!! Highly recommend the service at this location!!

Great service from the clerk. I needed to activate my Samsung Gear and while he didnt know how to do it at first, he was more than happy to look up how to do it and then help me. This was not even something I bought at the store so it was really going above and beyond for the customer.

Bishop is the most helpful person in all of the AT&T family! I switched to AT&T a couple months ago, and the bills I received afterwards were insanity. I was being double billed, there were egregious fees, and no discounts or promotions I was promised as part of my new plan were applied to the bills. After a cumulative 4 hours on the phone with various AT&T departments and NO help, I decided I had to talk to a person face-to-face. I came to this store based on reviews, and thankfully Bishop was on duty. He listened to the story, he appropriately reviewed my documents, and he spent a great deal of time on the phone with the loyalty department getting this spiderweb of billing figured out for me. I will continue to use Bishop specifically for all of my future AT&T needs. Thank you mister for helping me out!

Went to this AT&T store hoping for the best but expecting the worst regarding a big issue I had with DirectTV Now that neither me nor my husband (who works at AT&T) couldnt get resolved. The manager, Bishop, became my hero that day. Besides resolving the issue, Im also getting the refund.

I am soooo thankful for Bishop at the AT&T store on Roswell... he was in the store by himself and already with a customer but he managed to successfully help both of us! The other customer even gave him a big hug because he fixed a problem that no other rep was able to fix. My issue was different but he called AT&T and stayed in the phone with u-verse to make a sure someone came to my house to bury the cords that were supposed to be completed over 4 months ago! I sincerely appreciate him working with me! I also would like to recommend that if you want to keep your customer drop the automatic system, ITS ANNOYING AND DOES NOT HELP! Also hire people who are TRAINED PROPERLY like Bishop!!! Actually you guys should have him train people, because I was 5 mins away from CANCELING THE SERVICE WITH YOU GUYS, but because of his amazing customer service I am still a customer!

Wanted to come in to pay my bill and there was only 1 Employee in named James that was very rude because he was too bust flirting with the two girls that were in at the time.
