Yesterday I bought a new smart phone. I was totally satisfied by the exemplary customer service I received by Matt Larson. This young man was a polished professional with exceptional people skills and tech expertise. I owned a dinosaur cellphone and he remained patient and kind while addressing a challenging transfer of data. Matt is an outstanding employee and deserves tons of kudos! Hold on tightly to this shining asset!

Best customer service Ive ever received in 20 years of various service providers.Courteous and professional assistance. We re-activated our phone lines after 5 years, got new sims, update our account, and received $450/line to get new phone numbers, and the tech (Ethan Hart) transferred contacts from Android to OS ... all in less than 30 minutes.This store is doing it right. I would drive out of my way to go here again. Come here and ask for Ethan!

And answered all my questions over and over again. Very friendly and highly knowledgeable of every single thing I needed and was concerned about. I have never had a better experience anywhere. It was a dream come true the whole time because I have never had a clearer or cheaper priced experience anywhere at any cellular service store thanks to the promotions going on it was just my lucky day in every way when I walked in to Verizon. I went in looking for a new phone on 05/28, and Terrell Bowling did a great job presenting me with options and advice on what to purchase. Whats more, my old phone wasnt working anymore and I had to make a phone call to have my bank authorize me to use by debit card. Long story short, Terrell let me use the landline phone in the store and he was very patient and generous with me, not minding at all that I was on hold for a while. When it was all said and done I was able to buy my new phone, which Im very happy with. Anyway, Terrell was amazing, and all of the staff at this store seem knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent service during COVID by Kevin Jones who assisted me with a new iPhone 11 promax and the newest iPad Pro 4th generation. His service was truly exceptional and allowed for picking up these devices in short order and limited exposure. This is the 2nd and 3rd units purchased at this location, when normally break with Verizon corporate by perimeter mall which had been closed during pandemic. Better Yet, the phone we narrowed it down to was FREE to me because of the existing promotion, AND I was able to apply a STUDENT DISCOUNT because I am in school! Talk about a wealth of information and DEALS! Before finalizing the transaction, LaTonya made sure I was fully aware of what my first two bills would look like and what would become my true bill once the promotions were fully applied. Kevin did a fantastic job by providing me with the exact service I was looking for. I have bought 3 phones from cellular sales and this last trip they didnt have the note 9. I got it thinking the specs were the same for the camera and stylus functionalities. I was wrong and was upset I bought a fone I didnt want. He politely told me to come in and hr would get everything taken care of. I had bought the phone 4 days earlier and he returned and got me my note 9. Thanks again for amazing vustocus service!

Went in to switch one phone from a different provider and upgrade a different phone. We were told there was a buy one get one free offer at that time, so we ended up getting 2 new phones. It turns out that one of the new phones did not qualify and Verizon will not honor the deal. After talking with many customer service representative over the past 2 months, they cannot come up with a resolution to the problem and we are stuck paying for both phones. Switching to Verizon has been one of the worst mistakes. I would not recommend this company to anyone due to poor customer service .

This is the worst Verizon place in the city. Poor customer service, the salespeople are clueless and rude, and they are not a Verizon store, only a retail store of one of the largest authorized retailers in the country. They charge extra for the phones and would not take a product back that fell apart after only 3 weeks. Made me deal with the manufacturer instead of just making it right and refunding the money. DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE OR ACCESSORIES HERE! I rarely write reviews, but this one was worth the time to save you the grief.

My pictures were not transfer to my phone. I was assured I had all my pictures. I was missing three years of important photos for insurance purposes. Art, the manager has not returned my call. I was there at least two hours. If you are helped by Ron keep your phone. All of my information on my old phone was erased and I could not get my phone back. This was two weeks ago. Make sure everything is transferred or dont let them talk you into keeping or donating your phone. As you can see I am pissed.

After having such terrible customer service over the phone I came into this Verizon store to get in person help and I’m so glad I did! Kevin Jones above and beyond to help me in every way possible.
