I’ve been coming to this place for over 5 years and I’m absolutely in love with the Shea lemongrass! It makes my skin so soft, glowing and youthful! I’M SO ADDICTED!! I highly recommend this place! Placed my order over 6 weeks ago with express shipping. NEVER received my order despite multiple attempts to contact this SCAM of a company. They only responded once and lied and said it was already shipped. I had hoped to support a local black owned business but will never ever purchase from this place again. What a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I really love the Orignal Shea Butter House. Ive been twice and both times Ive left feeling optimistic about my skin.First, the owner whose name is Aya I believe -- from some internet stalking--, is BEAUTIFUL. Her skin is perfect -- making me feel like if I use some of the products shes using/making I can look like that too!The store is very lovely with a huge array of items from soaps and shampoos to oils and of course, lots of shea butter.My last purchase, which Im sure was whipped up in the store right there, was her Crabwood, or Andiroba oil and shea mixture she assured me would do wonders for my skin. --I have acne and scars, tsnot cute. She applied the mixture right on my face that day and Ive been using it since, 4 days now. I dont know what it is but my skin has a glow and is much less oily than it used to be. Im excited to see what it ends up doing for my skin.Ive also purchased a delightful lemongrass mixture thats supposed to clear dark spots so Ill be applying that to my face as well -- probably at night cause that lemongrass pops!All in all, try them out if youre into or getting into natural skin and hair treatments. Ill be going back.

Its only been a couple of hours since I discovered this place, and I already could write you an essay singing its praises! Ill just say that my husband and I got 5 products, and Im in love with ALL of it. The woman who was tending to the store today was one of the most bright and pleasant people Ive ever met. I immediately saw her and thought, I want my skin to look as glowing and radiant as hers!!! I feel like Im now well on my way! Fantastic! So sooooo happy we happened upon this gem of a shop!!

I too placed an order almost a month ago...And I previously made a review expressing my concern regarding my order. The owner responded within 10 minutes. I was given updated contact information and apologized to for the lack of communication regarding my order. Then I checked my mailbox and my order had been shipped without notification so my review was a bit premature. I stand by the product and can testify that you see results and her wealth of knowledge concerning natural oils and butters and other skin care products is phenomenal! The Owner is such a pleasant woman. The products are of high quality and I absolutely love the lemongrass shea butter moisturizer. For years Ive been looking for a moisturizer for my sensitive facial skin. I was dealing with dry spots etc. But not anymore!!! Finally!! My guy tried to take mines over so we came in and got him one and I got another as well. I love the liquid African Soap for my face as well.

Love this place and the products! The owner is SO nice. The Mahogany soap bar (which is actually made for guys) smells soooo good and leaves my skin feeling 100% brand new and fresh. The scrubs and butters that she makes are AMAZING as well!

The best experience in store... the owner is super helpful and gave me this liquid black soap. My ashy skin is now moist and soft... it looks amazing.

Purchased $50 worth of product online a month ago and still havent gotten my items, I called the number listed online and it is going to voicemail... despite this current issue I am having, the products are great! I really enjoy the Shea butter with lemongrass, its my favorite!

The most magical little place in Sandy Springs. Amazing and authentic, unrefined butters and oils. Awa, the owner, was so informed about the various products and recommended some stuff that has my skin feeling incredible!

Walking in I was impressed it was clean, smelled great and the customer service was out of this world. She took the time to explain what the different butters were and how they work.
