We called Mike for a quote on refinishing some wood floors in a flip. Although we didnt end up using M.S. Construction to complete the job (he was more expensive than another competitor in the area and we were working with a VERY tight budget), however, if we were looking for a company to work on our OWN house, or to recommend to a friend for quality work we would definitely use M.S. Construction Services. As a General Contractors, we work with a lot of subcontractors and we can say unequivocally Mike knows his stuff! He even warned us that he may come in more expensive, but that he wouldnt ruin the floors. We absolutely believed him and he was so right! The company we hired put lots of waves and divots in the floor, but because this was a flip being done on a tight budget for a friend we had to use them. But again, if we were going to hire someone to work on our own home we would most certainly use Mikes company. He is a professional in every way and truly knows his stuff (I mean man is this guy educated on the products and techniques!). Take it from this contractor ... MS Construction Services is HIGHLY recommended. Dont just go with the cheapest price is you care about the end result.

Mike was very detail oriented and did a nice job of installing wood flooring on a concrete slab in our home. When problems arose, he had specific suggestions on how to address those issues. I felt like Mike was very straightforward, fair, and interested in doing a good job. He was on-time for appointments and promptly answered emails. He provided a specific timeline as to when work would begin and end at the beginning of the project and stayed true to that timeline. Mike is a true professional and I wouldnt hesitate to hire him again!

Mike & team finished a project last month that involved integrating new oak flooring with existing oak flooring and it all turned out great. Mike & his team handled all parts of the process very professionally. The workmanship was solid and the price fair. Mike was very good setting expectations and communicating all the way thru to the end. He also made some great suggestions not only on color choices and aesthetics, but some helpful tips on other projects going on in the house and recommended other professionals that were very helpful.The flooring has been in place for a month now and Ive had no issues. It was my first time working with Mike, but it wont be the last and Id recommend him without any reservations to anyone.
