I had a wonderful experience today with this Extra Space location! I reserved my storage unit online last night, and the process was very simple and user friendly. I received a call from Chris this morning confirming my interest and reservation. Once I arrived at the facility I was immediately greeted with kindness by the manager, Bobby. He knew exactly who I was and had everything ready for my storage unit! He lead me on a tour of the facility, making sure to point out elevators and moving dollies to assist me during unloading. He was so friendly and attentive. The facility was very clean and did not have an odor (some other storage facilities I’ve visited smell like mildew). I would recommend this storage location because of its reasonable/competitive prices, cleanliness, customer service, and operation effectiveness.

My experience was super smooth and personable. Candace was super pleasant and made me feel like I was welcome.

Impressive and very supportive for my first storage unit facility. I like that they honor their online prices while even setting up in person and the building was nice and clean. They were even upgrading the lighting as I was there, so that will be a nice thing to look forward to whenever I have to go back to my unit. Holly was very helpful in showing me around and letting me view the space I was leasing, as well as giving me ideas on how I could best organize the items that was I was going to be storing away. The gate system is also rather secure, so I feel comfortable leaving my items here. Great job, overall.

I just rented a storage unit for my 2 bedroom apartment. LaToiya, the assistant manager, showed me 3 units, 10x10, 10x15 and a 10x20. After I made my decision to rent the 10x15, she explained how much it would cost, the optional insurance coverage and what that entails. LaToiya was helpful and informative. She even helped me to read the contract as I was signing. LaToiya and Brittany (the other employee in the office) were pleasant, personable and a breathe of fresh air. Unlike other storage places Ive worked with these ladies left me feeling that my personal belongings will be safe and secure until I return to pick them up. Thank you LaToiya and Brittany. Well the previous reviews are all spot on. Bobby is great. When we first met, we talked like we had known each other for years. The storage unit is very spacious and clean. I had no problem moving into my storage unit and I feel really comfortable with the property since there are security precautions everywhere. I highly recommend Extra Space on Roswell Rd.

I came to the Facility to check out a couple of the larger units available and met Bobby for the first time. I explained what I was looking for since I already have a unit onsite that I out grew. He listened to my needs and exceeded my expectations without making it complicated. He was able to give me another unit in close proximity to my current unit so moving would be a breeze. The staff i have interacted with at this location have all been friendly.However Bobby”s assistance and solution to a stressful situation has made me a satisfied customer!!

I went to the Extra Space Storage facility in the Roswell Road location in preparation of my move in two weeks. This was the first time I was going to use rental space for my furniture. The two employees I meet with made the process seamless and feasible. After viewing the 10 x 10 rent space, one of the employees (Bobby) went through the process of renting the space out to me. I was very impressed with how easy it was to rent space! Thanks guys!

These guys are amazing. Had me out of my apartment and into a new one in 4 hours and I didnt have to do any heavy lifting! Ive moved a lot so I know when someone does a great job. These guys are professional, friendly, and extremely efficient. If youre questioning whether its worth it or not, its definitely worth it.

She went above and behind her call of duty and is very knowledgeable of her job and very professional as well.I’d definitely recommend a raise or a higher position because she’s actually deserves both. Pros: nice clean facility with easy access to freight elevators. Sign up was quick and easy!Cons: Really expensive compared to other locations! They also try and sneak in charges like locks and insurance. Be aware and do research first.

Climate controlled as well. The staff is helpful and the place is pretty clean. I had my things in storage for several months. As summer drew near i noticed mildew and mold starting to accumulate on some items like my furniture and items stored in boxes like clothes, etc. Soon after I vacated the unit and moved into my new place where I saw the extent of mildew and mold on my things . The temperature inside the storage building and units was not kept cool enough. So this created the damp and humid environment in the Extra Space Storage facility. This situation made my move even more stressful as I had to clean all the mildew and moldy areas of my belongings in addition to moving and unpacking. They needed to better regulate the temperature so their customers belongings didnt get ruined...

The team at this location are THE BEST! Steve was a breath of fresh air as he took a true interest helping me! He spent time trying to understand my needs and what was being stored to get the perfect size, gave me a tour of the facility and helped me sign up additional people who can access the storage unit. The day of the move he and Joe were incredible helping the movers be more efficient. They even helped secure the unit when the movers left. Their professionalism and helpful nature add to the clean and secure facility making this the BEST place to store in Atlanta!

A great place to store your stuff, and safe/secure; right off the main drag. There is a breezeway for cars, UHaul trunks, Vans to pull in due to inclement weather. Steve, an awesome Manager has a deep, theatrical voice, funny. I felt relaxed and carefree as we spoke about prices, & unit sizes. This place is “ ginormous”!!

He explained everything precisely and made sure the security code worked. He made a great suggestion that I should take a picture of the card with the number on it so Id have it handy. Extra Space Storage has a streamlined digital account set-up/check-in process that is super easy and simple. Joe set up my account and showed me around the facility. He was so patient with my kiddos and me. He ran up my lock to my storage space right before I left to save me a trip to the locker with the kids. Amazing customer service!
