My family and I moved to Georgia from Michigan and we had some sudden changes and were unable to move into our new apartment. So, we were forced to book a hotel for the next few weeks, but we had no idea what we were going to do with our valuables.We stumbled upon Public Storage on 7760 Roswell in Sandy Springs, GA and it was a blessing. LaTonya was EXTREMELY helpful with making our storage experience quick and easy. She explained every detail from top to bottom. She was very informative of the guidelines. Offered any possible help she could give in our move. Allowed us leave our U-Box in the premises, until we were able to come back the next day to unload.Coming to Public Storage and with help from LaTonya, made our storage move in, a pleasant experience and it also took some of the stress off of us.Thank you all again!!The Jones Family.

This is the second time that Ive utilized this location. There were specials in surrounding areas for storage (as was this location), but the service from Kay Kay on both occasions was the deciding factor. Shes extremely hardworking, friendly and knowledgeable.The facility is very well kept and the dollies on site made my move much easier. I highly recommend this location due to the great customer service and maintenance.

We only had a unit for one month and today we were unloading all of our stuff to only to discover that our couch and two tables were soaking wet with water. There was a leak in the ceiling and the water was dripping on all of our stuff. A month earlier when we were getting our unit, they made us pay an extra $20 for a lock which is pretty cheap. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT USE AGAINAlso the place is a dump

Customer service here is top quality. Although people came in, we were the first priority. Attendant did not rush into anything and helped us replace a lock for free that we had from another branch. Professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency are evidently the most revered values in this branch.

I came into this location and was greeted by a young lady named Maggie. I came to this location to check out prices. I may be moving to this area and she was very helpful and showed me several units. If I do relocate I will be renting from this location.
