Its okay if you need to order some parts, but some of the guys that work there are 3 time losers. They act like working at 4 wheel parts makes them the holy grail. Relax guys you work at a parts store

Purchased my tires and a tire protection plan that included free tire rotations and balancing. Ive called on two separate occassions to try and schedule the tire rotations. Every time I call to book a tire rotation appoint, Im told that theyre soooooo busy and given some story about why i have to wait several weeks. I do not recommend this place and suggest you purchased tires at a place that provides more reputable service.

Great service and great installations. I had a lift kit, side steps, and larger tires installed on my Rubicon. Not a single problem in 50k miles since the installation. Very happy with 4WP. Ive also taken my previous two vehicles to them for various things and have been happy with the results every time.

They are the worst, definitely DO NOT SHOP HERE or their online store. Doubled the price at pick up and waited 2 extra weeks for a part to arrive. Ended up canceling the order today, what a pain in the neck this place is. Asked to speak to manger and manager was unavailable…. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE

These guys are awesome, I came in originally for my fog lights to be replaced, but I also asked them if they could install a leveling kit for me as well. No questions asked. Right now (Nov. 2020) theyre 2 weeks behind with appointments and only 2 techs but they went ahead and got it done for me. Thanks guys

Looking to buy wheels, tires, and coilovers. Guy was helping me and was getting prices on wheels. He decides to walk to the back and get his breakfast and start eating. I guess thats more important than actual customer service. Just list my $4k. Hope management actually looks at these.

Walked in, was never greated or even asked if I needed help. Overpriced. Just super corporate feeling and you can tell the people who work here are paid commission and dont want to be there. Always trying to sell you something

5/6/19: I put down my $2,000 deposit (over 50%) 2 months ago for suspension wheels and tires. Was told a week to 10 days from when I put down the deposit to have it installed. I was then told it would be a few weeks for the rear shocks to come in. After a few weeks, after calling, I was told the end of the month. After a month, after calling, I was told another month. I should have pulled my order at that point but decided to be patient and see if these guys could pull it off. 2 months later and they said they had everything in stock except the passenger rear shock. My decision was to have everything else installed minus the rear shocks which I would do on my own when they came in. I made an appointment to have everything installed, which they said they had it all in stock. I switched my work schedule and dropped off my truck, excited to at least get 75% of what I ordered finally installed. Got a call a few hours later with some bad news. Now the method rims are the wrong ones and they need to have the correct ones delivered tomorrow. A few $20 uber rides to and from and I still have to do it all over again tomorrow. I cant wait to be done with these guys. Never ever again.5/6/19 Afternoon: Picked up my truck and noticed they installed the one rear shock that they had in stock instead of waiting for the backordered shock to come in. Now I have 2 different rear shocks (Photos attached). My tire sensors are not reading now and have a dash warning light. Theres no reason for this as they were to do nothing with my stock wheels and tires. (Photo attached).5/7/19 Here it is the day after. No phone calls as usual. I called to confirm the wheels have been delivered and guess what?! Now they should be delivered tomorrow.Left a voicemail with corporate store operations. Hoping to get someone involved in the company that cares at least a little about customer service.

Purchased wheels, tires and a leveling kit for my Tundra. They had the parts when they said they would and the installation took less time than they estimated which was great. Torque specs were provided and truck rides great. Very happy, highly recommended.

I have been there a couple of times, both times nobody has offered to help me or even acknowledged my presence.I honestly went there today to buy a rear bumper for my Jeep and a tire carrier for the same.I should have stayed home and ordered online. I wont go back nor will I order from them.

DO SHOP HERE. I had a horrible experience with this place. I ordered a part from here it took them 2 months to get it. But the worst part is no one called me to tell I had to call consistently to get updates. When I called they were like your part came in, I set up an appointment for 3 weeks in advance since they were fully booked. When I came in I waited 2 hours just for them to tell me it was the wrong part that they ordered. Please do not shop here safe your time and money. This place is not worth the hassle to try and deal with incompetent employees.

The make me waste my time for like hour and half, just to tell me at the end that they didnt have the tires in inventory, when since the beginning they said that they did have them.

Super expensive on product and installation. Good product though. Image on website shows light bars and winch on bumper. Should Add buttons to include light bar and winch. Had I know it wasn’t included I would have bought both. Instead I got a half complete bumper installed that has to be taken off in order for me to install the winch and lightbar. They also kept my stock fog lights and ruined my fender liners. Might buy product from them but would never pay them to install again.

The place is like Disneyland for jeep/off road enthusiast. Staff there are very helpful and attentive and equipped with two major qualities I appreciate....1) product knowledge & 2) Honesty! I will definitely be back and dont see a need or reason to shop anywhere else for my jeep needs/ desires. They got it right!

I ordered some parts several days ago and the site said it would be ready to pick up the next day. Three days have passed and I haven’t gotten any calls from them. I decided to call today. After calling three times, somebody finally answered and told me the parts I ordered weren’t going to get there for another 7 - 10 days! Don’t have your website show me that it will be ready to pick up next the next day if it won’t be ready for two weeks. And don’t send an email stating the manager will be in contact if they aren’t. I cancelled the order and guess what.. the refund won’t be received for 3-5 days. What a waste of time and money! Save yourself the trouble and just order from somewhere else. Most places probably won’t lie about when product will be available.

Rob helped a lot getting to the bottom of my death wobble on my TJR without costing me a fortune. I wheel in moab, BBear, Sandy Hollow and push my TJR on 35 pretty hard. They went through full inspection and helped isolate and resolve some warn out parts. Just got back from another week of offroading and non-issue -- Thanks Rob and guys

Had a 9am alignment appointment. They quoted me $89, when I got there they said it would be $141. At 9:45 my car was still where I’d park it with no sign of starting the alignment. These guys have no concern for the customer. When I asked for my keys he gave them back with no interest in retaining my business. Never again.

Will not shop anywhere else.I have a 2012 Ford F-250 4x4. The guys at Santa Ana have been great to a novice buyer. Helped pick out a great set of wheels and tires to dress up the truck. The 50,000 mile tires they helped me pick out lasted 74,000 miles ( rotating every 5000 miles- give or take 1000). additionally when it came time to add a locking bed cover- again the crew helped fit the truck perfectly. Service is superior. Gives you more time to hang out and buy more stuff.Recently moved out of state and am happy they have a store near my new home in Georgia.If you are looking to dress up your rig- this is the place.

I feel bad that people can be so incredibly enraged at their experiences in life. Ive found you get what you give in the universe, and what Ive got from this store is nothing but good things. So if a part didnt come in or it took them a little bit longer, so what? They would always make other allowances or offer other consolations to make up for it. In the end everything was done correctly and with genuine care for my satisfaction. There is a sliver of truth that some associates are more amenable than others, I prefer working with Jeff when I go there, but that is because we talk at length about common (and even uncommon) offroad/parts interests and he understands the direction of my build.-Review by the owner of the yellow danger ranger.

Prices are fair, particularly if youre willing to haggle like youre buying a car. My gripe with them is the install. Id buy parts here but wouldnt let them touch my truck again if they paid me.They installed a bumper and winch. Ive since spent hours and money fixing everything they half-assed. When I picked it up, my blinkers didnt work, so I fixed that. They removed my front recovery points, and because they messed up the bolts, didnt reinstall. Now awaiting a special order on new bolts to reinstall (I paid for). None of the electrical connections or splices were shrink wrapped. The bumper was installed in a way that it was rubbing on wiring and the synthetic winchline... so I spent several hours removing the front-clip and trimming properly. The fenders werent trimmed to fit, but simply shoved up and away. Rock protector missing, bumper wasnt bolted square, and on the list goes... summary is the install was a joke.

The worst customer service!!!!Called for a tire quote. Was on hold for 18 minutes!!

I would think twice about spending my money here, If they cant even help you find a ($2) dollar part why would I spent or have services done here!? Im not sure why this guy was in such a hurry to get me off the phone and giving me the run-around??This kind of services is whats driving everything Onlinebecause people like this just dont care about what they doanymore!

I really like this place, i have a rig (1997 jeep wrangler tj) ive been constantly working on for a while now and these guys have been the most helpful getting the most done for me and giving me the most knowledge. i love working with Jeff, he knows everything im talking about, and everything i try and explain that i have no idea about. really good personal relations with customers and even the manager Steve is great. talked to him multiple times as well. prices are right and work is done well. theyll take the time to have lengthy conversations with you and try and actually educate you about why theyre suggesting what they do. all around great place for wheelers of any kind.
