I wanted to buy a Sleep Number bed for over a year. Finally we went to the store in Costa Mesa. Mark made our experience very pleasant and enjoyable. I truly enjoyed speaking with him and picking our style. He didnt push us into anything, he was just guiding us. My husband and I really enjoyed the process. Cant wait for the delivery. The store is very well maintained and easy to access.
Kyle took us through our Sleep Number journey. It was the most pleasant and fun experience we’ve had in the retail world. Kyle is both knowledgeable and kind. If you are even remotely considering a new mattress we HIGHLY recommend this particular Sleep Number store. Sweet dreams!

I would give this place a zero, if I could based on my miserable experience from Sleep#. I would not recommend purchasing from them as their primary concern is commission. See below:1. I purchased the M7 with base hoping to have the best of both worlds: foam mattress & sleep#. When it arrived the workmen said the frame would not fit inside my bed frame. I told them to return everything. After a week I chose to only get the mattress and not the frame. My biggest gripe is that the salesperson never notified me of a size constraint on the base. He was more concerned about getting his commission.2. The phone operator messed up my appointment and a week later I had to place the order again.3. Mattress came but the Sleep# never mentioned that there is an electrical device underneath your bed which has a blue light that is on 24/7. Very annoying and VERY bad for sleep quality.4. Within 2 weeks I knew this mattress was too hot. I called and they sent me a mattress pad (for free) to cool it off. It does nothing. I am not in menopause or have hot flashes but sleeping on this bed is like being in menopause. I have never been so uncomfortable.5. I called back to have this mattress picked up. The operator first tried to convince me not to return. An appointment was scheduled and then a few days later canceled due to COVID 19 restrictions.6. I still have to pay my monthly bill and pay for a mattress I do not want! Yup. They will not stop payments until they pick up the mattress and if I do not pay, I get finance charges and fees.7. They also charge you $200 for delivery and another $200 for pick up.8. There was also a pillow situation. I had a family member purchase a pillow for me as a gift. WE SPECIFICALLY ASKED if we could return the pillow AND receive a refund and the reply was yes. That is a blatant lie. They did not credit my family member on their CC but applied a credit to my account and I still have to write my family member a check.9. I also personally purchased a pillow- which after one night I knew it was no good with my current mattress but I was told to wait until I received my mattress (which was more than 30 days later so I can no longer return it).All I can say is avoid them like the plague - or should I say like COVID-19?
Cameron was fantastic! He was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained all the options. I didnt feel pressured to buy anything. We tried different products until we found what works for us. Looking forward to getting our new bed and sleeping better! Best experience I have had buying a bed!
Service was great and quick! I purchased the ILE do not like it at all. Going back to replace for a different one. Ill update the review. I hope to find the perfect fit!
Good store, only 4 or 5 mattresses on the floor at any given time. Kyle was very helpful, helped my fiance and I get a pretty decent mattress. One missing star is for location, its a bit difficult to find, and its the middle of a parking lot. The second missing start is for the general outside appearance of the building, it looks kind of dingy. However the inside is very clean, so its somewhat redeeming.

I was treated with the total respect and attention a customer should get and I was explained in detail about every product I was purchasing. I left feeling good about myself and felt like I knew these people for a long time.
Still unsure, we have had our problems adjusting to the bed, and we are well within our 100 night trial, and we go back and forth... is it really worth the $4500?I know that I do not like the $100 curved pillow.Also, we were led to believe that a remote comes with the bed, but turns out it doesnt, so we had to pay an extra $50++ for it. When we were with support on the phone they could not, and we could not with the cell phone app, make the bed function correctly.Also, it is annoying, but far better than it used to be, to move and hear the smart bed start clicking as it adjusts the air chambers, and the pump wakes us up every time... The support guy said, You know you can turn off the SmartSense and have it like a regular bed? to which I replied, You know, I could just return this and get a regular bed.Oh, and the buying, delivery, and set-up needs to be shared. We bought it and they were like 3 weeks away to deliver, so we booked a morning appointment for the day that was available, and I took the day off work... Then the day before my wife gets an automated voicemail saying they would be out to deliver between 4 and 7pm. I called and told them I have plans and will not be home past 4:30, I took the day off work for them. To which they said if they do not deliver, they will send the bed back, and we can call for another appointment and get the bed in 3-4 weeks. Well, a bunch of calls and complaints, and threats to cancel, and the installers called me at like 9:30 and said they are available, can they come right over, they were there by 10am, their 2 hour set-up was done in about 20 minutes and they were on their way.I feel like... I wish I hadnt had them take the old bed. Im not really sure we will keep this.
Kyle went above and beyond to help us with an issue that wasnt getting resolved by our local Sleep Number store. Great to work with him and appreciate his professionalism and attitude.
