They had what Ive been looking for, but couldnt find one anywhere. Then I forgot my 20% off coupon. The sales gal was very sweet and helpful. She got on a computer and somehow made it work. Also, very clean and organized store.

I will never again purchase anything over $25.00 or anything electrical, they no longer exchange or return items if they are broken. Ill stick to Sams Club, or Costco for their return policy. Amazon even offers great insurance 👌on items of high ticket values.

Brandon was wonderful today. He was juggling so many customers with varying needs while also checking in on one of the employees who was not feeling well. He did all that with a smile!

Online said they had several of a type of drapes, but we had to go to Huntington Beach. Not sure whats wrong with their inventory system.

I have not come back here for long time, today I saw 2 employee greet all customers come in. They have good customer service, polite!

Ordered and paid online. They text you when your order is available. Park in designated spots, call them, they come out with item. I buy a lot from BBB and have it shipped. This time i only wanted a stand up fan. Easy to order, used my 20% off coupon and now i have an awesome fan.

Actually was pretty empty, everybody was following the rules. And I felt safe shopping here.

Very mediocre store, they did not have what I was looking for. My main concern is that they require so much to use a mobile coupon and the process is painful. It will take me alot to do the several minute process again. Its an okay store, most things can be found on Amazon for better prices, although they claim to have price match I cant imagine what a hassle that is.

I didnt find what I was looking for. First visit there. Prices were 50% off Xmas items, but they didnt have the full price listed or tagged on items. So didnt know the cost. A lot of fun things for your home but prices were higher than usual. Friendly checker lady.

I have always found this location to be very organized and clean. All merchandise is where it should be. Rarely have I found them to be out of stock for what I am looking for. Subscribe to the new Beyond+ program for $29 per year. You will get 20% off the total of every order in store and online and for online orders you will also get free shipping. Its like their version of Amazon Prime. On our first purchase we made back we spent on the membership. I always come here as my go to place for home items. I usually look online first to make sure it is in stock. You can also order online for store pickup.

Employees will assist you with what you need even if its located way up high on the shelf. Unfortunately, they dont have the one Im looking for. I assumed its only available online but I wanted to see it and feel it before I make a purchase.

Well organized store. A lot of supplies in stock. I always leave with more things than what I went in for. The employees are nice and very helpful.

The store was pretty unorganized and it was a challenge to find any staff available to help. I bought a bed set when I got home I found that it was missing one of the pillow cases. I do give them credit as the manager was able to find a replacement for us.

Theyve everything organized in the right places. You just have to pay attention to the signs above which describes what kind of merchandise are on that area. Very friendly staff. Try to use their coupons which comes in the mail or their website.

Its a big place. They have got everything you expect from a bed bath and beyond and then some. The workers are all nice. Can find pretty cheap stuff. Wide variety. I bought a big trash can for cheaper than i could find at Target. All in all great experience. Found what I was looking for and was interested in something I didnt expect to find which is always a treat. I didnt buy it but I was pretty darn close.

They were really kind and were able to help me find what I needed.

I couldnt find anyone to help me until I went to customer service and the store manager was able to order the items for me online rather than having to carry them, two heavy boxes, to my car. He was courteous, fast and was very good at multitasking.

This store is crammed with merchandise but it nice quality and I can usually find what Im looking for. The coupons are nice too- you can use the expired ones.

What here to get some vintage lightbulbs, they had great prices for dollars for normal light bulbs and $10 for LED for the vintage ones.
