I was really glad to get my 2 tires at such a good price!!! Allen Tire gave me my two tires for $100 less then Costco, Big O Tire and Mountain View Tire. The two employees at the front desk were really friendly and helpful but unfortunately they were under a great deal of stress because they only had one mechanic on duty because everybody else did not show up! So unfortunately I had to wait 4 hours to get my purchase taken care of!!!

Allen Tires has always provided excellent service and pricing. John, the store manager is a great guy and is someone I trust.

Honest, fair, sensible. I especially like John. He explains even difficult repairs clearly and is patient and empathetic. Always ready to use his dry sense of humor, which is helpful since I dont particularly like talking about car repairs.

Extremely happy. They are always fair, honest and trustworthy. Each time I have had my car serviced or needed tires, they have always dealt with we in a timely manner, made good suggestions or recommendations, and never suggested work that didnt need to be done. A times I thought I may need specific work done, they would let me know it wasnt needed if it wasnt. They are a great and caring staff!E

I have done business on several occasions at this location and wanted to do a shout out to the great service both John and Roger do in running the business. Took a suspension upgrade on my motorhome over this week and John did a great job in getting it done quickly and took great care of the coach. I highly recommend this location to anyone with a car or motorhome!

Good people. Today, they fixed my tail lights... not a usual thing to ask of a tire place. they also checked the air in my tires and discovered a nail. If they didnt save my life, they saved me a world of hurt just by doing that little extra. Very happy with these guys!

Have had several very good experiences here. Ask for Roger, one of the managers. Hes always provided honest service with no-pressure recommendations.

Arrived late in the day for an oil change, and despite their heavier than normal workload, they were able to take care of me, and updated me on an issue with one of my tire sensors. Great service. I will be back. Thanks guys.

I followed Roger when he transferred from the Fullerton location to Santa Ana. I only live a few minutes from the Fullerton store but its totally worth the extra travel to keep Roger as my go to guy. He really goes the extra mile to give his customers the best experience.

2 flat tires from my employers constant construction at the building and lack of clean up!Allen patched the tires. $ 30, better than a $300 tire?Relatively quick turn around.Staff is pleasant. :)

Excellent services, reasonable prices, honest. Went in for a brake job. John said I did not need brakes and then told me what I did need. Saved me money. Been going there for a few years now.

The service was great as usual. I was originally referred to them by my mechanic that specializes in German cars. Today it was just a repair to a tire that I previously purchased.

It was 5 mins before they closed but the manager Roger L. still offered to check my tire for leaks and told me hed fix it for me!I was so grateful!THIS is a show of class and service!I appreciate his concern and generosity! Quick, prompt and courteous. John was friendly and professional. Gave me several options for new tires. I chose the HTs for our company truck and John gave me a great deal. He even gave me a discount on the road hazard warranty because I chose to have all four tires replaced. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

Came here after American Tire Depot tried to swindle me into buying 3 tires. After bringing it to Allens it turns out I only needed 1 new tire and the other had a nail in it; which they fixed for free. In and out in an hour. I will be definitely returning to Allens for my future servicing needs.

I particularly appreciated the fact that the staff caught an error in overcharging me and corrected it. I love the fact that the location is within walking distance of my office, so I can have my car serviced while I work with a minimum of inconvenience.I deducted one star above because, tt the clerks suggestion, I bought the more expensive of the two windshield wiper blade options on my last visit, and I find it most disappointing that the windshield ended up streaky even the first time I used them.

This is a great service center Mike and all of his staff are very knowledgable and friendly. They do good work and get you your care back fast.

Well all I can say is Eneyra is the greatest at what she does. I have been coming here for 4 years. I have an 04 chevy silverado service truck. Eneyra always takes care of me.
