I fell in love with Quantum Auto Sales Sunday 1.24.21. I literally came to them desperate with 5 hours to find a car for work the next morning. A mechanic ruined my Audi the previous day.As i made my way to the dealership, I got lost and instead of them blowing me off, they actually called and directed me to their lot.I came in to purchase a 2012 Jeep Wrangler and I left with a 2017 Toyota Corolla IM. Purchased a 2018 Toyota Yaris Ia. Mike was extremely helpful with finding the right car and qualifying payments. I love my new car, but, he did tell me before hand that the tire light on the dashboard was on indicating a problem with the tires. I work at a mechanic shop myself. I inspected the tires at my shop, come to find out both rear tires are completely useless. One has a screw in it, the other rear tire doesnt even match the other 3 tires on the car and it has zero percent life left. I asked mike about this, I was referred to Guillermo, who said he would help me out and order 2 new tires. almost about 2 weeks later and still no new tires........... Im gonna have to go and spend $250 at a shop myself at this point & get it fixed even though I just financed $14,000. Very frustrating. Other than that it was an easy buying experience. At least theres a new car in the driveway!
