JC Penney is a tradition that Id never get over. Since the Hillsboro branch was closed, we have to travel distances. Its still great place for a wide range of brands at very affordable prices

Nice local, community mall. Sometimes there is an outdoor concert by local artist available for your enjoyment. Be careful in the parking lot, some drivers are 8n a hurry for some reason.

WOW havent been inside a JCP for 30 years. Amazing selection and sizes. Better than Macys or Nordstrom. Phenomenal staff too. 5 stars

Big sale. Picked up a few bargains. Staff working hard to keep everything neat and clean.

The dressing rooms next to bras and panties are closed. They make you walk all the way around the store to go by the mens department or upstairs and practically down a block. No longer a safe place for women

Im not much of a shopper therefore love the convenience of someone directing to what Im looking for and finding it. 😊 Loved their customer service, from the person directing me to what I was looking for to the person who checked us out. I had some rewards that were not expired, but didnt work for whatever reason and they ended up still applying the reward after the JCPenny Customer service line wasnt able to help. Thank you associate 0382 for all your patience and help in saving me money 💰🤑😊

JC Penney and I go way, way back to my hometown Penney that was Downtown! They have always been my go-to place for everything from dressier clothes and Jr jeans to suitcases and linens. The sales are fabulous!

The staff is kinds weird. Ive never stolen anything from anywhere and for some reason I get followed around and looked at like Im a bad guy. Its the weirdest thing.Kinda how it is in all of Santa Ana.

The worst customer service for online purchase. The furniture and mattresses department have the worst customer service, never buy furniture or matress from jcp.

Probably covid is keeping people away from the mall, good time for shopping .Lots of sales.

Went shopping for plus size clothing, and couldnt find the department. After walking forever to find help, turns out plus size clothing was integrated with all the other clothes. Sales clerk didnt mention if the clothing extended the entire floor, or other floors. Felt lost and went home.

Didnt have to wait to long at all in line thats what a person doing there job does.and not texting.

Made a 30 minute line to find out their system was down. They put my stuff on hold while I went for cash. Came back and was told I needed to make another line which was three times longer. BS.. management check your youngsters customer service skills, or lack off. Spending my stimmy elsewhere.

Only 1 dressing room open for the entire store! Long lines to try on when running a big sale.

Ordered a shirt on line and picked it up at the store. Made it easy!

Well, as always the bargains were great here at JC. We got a ton of clothes and some perfume and took a couple photos for under $100! Unfortunately, some rude tweens have been thrashing the aisles and piling up clothes, and the store is heavily understaffed. Still, most staffers you do encounter are helpful at least.

In the cosmetics area Taylor, Michelle and Courtney were awesome helping explaining what we needed. They were extremely patient as were learning. And Taylor really took time to give advice on the proper colors required.

The associates working there, representing their company make all the difference in the world. one of the few stores left that carries a wide variety of national Brands, good quality name brands.Management should really reinforce customer service across the board this way its not hit or miss but rather a,standard.

Michael was excellent at working clerk on the first floor . He was extremely helpful and courteous to what I needed. Explained everything with clarity and confidence .

Excellent selection this weekend, and it was in order. Great coupons! Bit of inconvenience locating correct coupon scan. Coupons should be behind the counter and used when referenced. Saves everyone time.

I went to JC Penney. Most of the clerks were helpful and friendly but very busy. I didnt find what I needed, which is unusual for them. I am giving four stars for effort, and because of being able to usually get what I am looking for. This particular trip was a disappointment.

I like the quality and value of the clothing at JC Penney. However, I havent been impressed with the sales staff recently when making a return. They were not very friendly. It wouldnt hurt to smile and look the customer in the eyes.

Thee most horrible place ever! No associates to be found. Clothes have been all over the place for 10+ years. Definitely needs to be closed and new diverse management

Great prices with sales and coupons!I like Penney s, I like this store. Staff is friendly, specially Daisy, the cashier at the second floor, shes always friendly and ready to help when we need it.

Our appointment was at 6 but we were not photographed until 8. The man was nice but it was a terrible experience. I always have photos taken at JCP but Ill think again before taking my family back to this location. Photos came out alright...not my fave.
