Incredibly unprofessional. I was in the midst of negotiating the terms of a deal with Oswaldo, whom I had known for nearly a year at this point (I modeled for his personal brand, Ozsi Life). He was going to print for for me. I didn’t hear from him for 3 days and so I followed up but still did not hear from him directly. He had initially told me that he would only like to be repaid the cost of production and was not looking for a cut of the profit. When I finally heard from his colleague, Josh, I was told that Oswaldo was now asking for 50% of the profit and “would not budge”. As this was not the original plan, I tried contacting Oswaldo and he only told me to speak with Josh because “he was not good with numbers”. After contemplating the offer I decided to accept because at this point I had already put the time in effort into making things work with OC Apparel. I let Josh know that I accepted Oswaldo’s offer and was once again left to wait for a response. After a few more days I finally called Aldo and asked for his thoughts and he told me he would have Josh call me and then immediately hung up. Josh called soon after and informed me that Oswaldo had “gotten over the project”. Yes, those were his actual words. I urge you to seek another clothing manufacturer/printer if at all possible. I am absolutely not one to write a review (this is the first time i’ve ever done this) but my experience was so negative that it warrants it. I was not only lead on into believing we would come to an arrangement but also had my valuable time wasted over the course of weeks with no apology or reason given as to why he pulled out. These guys obviously do not care about professionalism in the slightest and it is extremely unfortunate because Oswaldo is actually a fairly nice guy. He just does not understand how to run a business.
Oswaldo was very informative and patient. I look forward to working with him.
Clean and efficient 😊
Well
