Me and my husband purchase a bed set 10 years ago we never had a problem but couple weeks ago we went to buy a new bed set and guess what when I received and the furniture either had a crack or scratches with it called to complaint about it they sent a new set and guess what same thing so we returned it now its been a week call g back and forth trying to get our money back NEVER in my life we will be buying in this store by the way mom mom also purchase a set ofnsofas here they told her it was real leather she it wasnt very disappointed with this store and the service I rather go to another store and pay more

They ripped my parents saying its real leather! Its FAKE!! Not Real!! When it peels Its so messy..dont recommend this place..BEWARE not worth it!!

Honestly I dont know or I dont understand why the sales rep are always in a hurry. No warm welcome. Could not even wait for to show us what we were looking for. He just walk ahead. And it look like hes phone was more important. He even started video chatting. Im in sales. And I feel they should be more educated in people skills. I just ended up leaving.

Not all employees have good customer service skills. If a customer like my family had several questions about an item before purchasing and the seller seemed bothered. Well you dont belong in there. Another thing they dont honor items on sale.

They take one look at you and if you don’t look “fit” to shop there they talk to you to answer your question then move on to do something else, must be why they’re going out of business.

They were very helpful and not pushy. I purchased 2k worth of Furniture and it was delivered the next day as promised. They assembled all my items in 30 minutes! Wow. I love this place. Great prices EXCELLENT Customer Service, and AMAZING employees. I recommend.

The worst furniture ever, bed parts didnt fit to each other well, no matter how much you spend here they dont deliver the furniture unless you paid for it, they have financing service but interest are way too high even if you hold a good credit. I recommend stay away of this place. They must call this place Pablo Valencia looks like his paying for good reviews. Dont be fooled people.By the way, this place never report to credit bureau, if youre planning to buy furniture to build some credit, this is completely the WRONG PLACE.

I bought a mattress and a bed frame. When I received my items I had to return them because my mattress had a stain on it although it was still in the bag and not only that the bed frame was scratched and missing a screw. We had to go in person to return it. They said that we had to go pick up the new furniture again and they could not deliver because we didnt pay for delivery, but it wouldnt makes sense why they wouldnt do me the favor of dropping it off to my house since it was their fault I had to return the items. The manager said there was nothing he could do about it and later on said he would give us a delivery discount but we said no because we went to go pick it up and returned abs used our own gas money and time for their mess up. So he finally agreed to send it to us free of chargeWhen we finally got our mattress and bed frame, bed came in good condition but bed frame didnt come in a box and once again it was scratched. We ended up getting a refund on the bed frame and purchasing it somewhere else.

Had been a customer for over 10 yrs with the purchase of a dinning & bedroom set. Customer service at point of sale always great. Went back & bought a living room set 3yrs later.Was unhappy with quality & guarantee service, but still gave them a second chance because they promised their sofa quality was better like their insurance guarantee & its NOT. Its worst, after buying new living room set a year ago. I started having issues with reclining sofas, I cant even get through to someone to talk to about several issues, I dont recommend based on furniture quality & the guarantee that they pursuade you to buy that you cant even claim. Will never shop there again.

The worst furniture buying experience I have ever gone through. I was leaving the country and had bought a dresser, so the sales person had told me that they were going to be able to deliver on a specific date. The day before I get a call from the store saying theyll be there at 1 the next day, okay cool. So next I get a call the day of delivery telling me they can only deliver on specific days of the week. Then I call back telling them my situation. They were unable to accommodate my delivery date even after speaking with both managers. Very frustrating. Will never buy again.

Bought couches 4 Year’s ago with furniture protection. My toddler accidentally damaged one of them and since the insurance expires in 5 years I was sure to get it fixed. To my surprise they called me back saying d rip is too big n cannot be fixed.. how do you tell a 3 year old “ oh baby don’t make a big rip only a small one cuz otherwise the insurance will not cover the damage” Are you kidding me??? What kind of lame excuse is that? accidents happen my kid is a good boy but the couch was already starting to peel off. The furniture from Casa Linda will not last DO NOT shop there BAD quality products and obviously the employees do not have common sense

Well to be honest the service is not all great but the furniture and the prices are pretty well balanced. Theyll work with you if you have bad credit and give you a shot to redeem yourself lol good place better than La curacao.

Really pissed off at this location. Really liked a paticular bed set only for them to tell me they didnt have it in stock. I waited over a month to get it. When delivery day actaully came, they never showed up to deliver. Called them to ask what was the matter, for them to tell me it still wasnt in stock. I went to the store again to geg another one, made another contract with them promised next day delivery . Got called the next morning to let me know they didnt have my merchandise AGAIN & that the colchon would only be delivered. Got my money back. There ridiculous. Not to mention they never hesitated to revieve 1400 for down payment. There the worst LIARS. NEVER COMING BACK. And to top it off manager NORMANDO really inconsiderat. Now im left with no furniture. HORRIBLE

Husband n i regret buying from that store we have change our matress twice and the box three times it brakes easily its so freaken frustrating then i call the the ones that are in charge n act like they dont care they take weeks to come check it out n they change one thing at the time!

Purchased a DEFECTED $1000 Euro Top Serta brand matress fo only find that less than 6 months down the road it would be lumpy. Along with that purchase I bought a box spring for it as well... Lo and behold that was the main reason for the lumpy bed. Its been over 2 years and I flipped over my bed to see what the hell has been causing this and the box spring itself is crooked and poorly manufactured. George who was my sales associate guaranteed that we had lifetime warranty. Frustrated that I purchased and threw away not 1 but 3 bed frames a d had to throw them away because I thought they were the problem. I called Casa Linda and they say theres nothing they can do because i had 2 year warranty. I purchasd an expensive mattress that came along with a crappy and cheap add on and they wont stand by giving the customer what they paid for. Matress looks horendous, GHETTO and Im embarrassed by what my bed looks like. Dont shop there unless you like cheap ghetto furniture.

They steal from you and are fraudulent by lying about how much money the person actually makes only to make a sale. Poor judgment and lack of professionalism. I have reported them to the FTC and the Consumer report.

While it has a complete basement it still was not a large shop compared to an Ashley it is rather difficult to get to and you need to park on the street and the prices are a little high. It is in the middle of Old Town Santa Ana so its very Mexican territory
