Just ordered and received the 800 lb. no drill headache rack. Fast shipping, excellent quality. Stout construction, decent gage steel and welds well done. All the necessary hardware was included. Very happy with the purchase! Sorry these guys got a bum deal on their google rating. I would purchase from WMA again.

I purchased a dual carrier for my husband, after assembling it with him (no instructions, that was fun) it bent the first time we used it, damaging his brand new Dirtbike. We attempt to return it, have to pay 150 dollars in return shipping, get an authorization number. When it gets there, they refuse it, claiming the box is Damaged. We get the “damaged box” back and nothing is wrong at all, i send pictures. They apologize and tell me to send it right back, email them the tracking and they will accept it guaranteed. So i do just that. So it’s sent back, and they deny it AGIAN, claiming the box is damaged. Which it was slightly. But nothing was missing and it is a small hole from the large beam. Now I’m told, they can no longer assist me. I hope no body deals with this place like me and my husband have, I’ve reported them to the better business bureau, i was told by the rep this isn’t the first time he’s heard of similar issues happening with these people.

This dual carrier i bought is not good quality, bought it, first it was impossible to get the bikes strapped properly without damaging them, then the beam bent. I went to return it to wma, had to pay for shipping which was 150 dollars, it gets there, they decline the return for a damaged box (it was not damaged) i call them they apologize and tell me to send it right back and they will accept it. So i do it. They refuse it a second time. Total con artists attempting to prevent me from getting a refund. Customer service rep put me on hold 3 times for over 30 minutes and never picked it back up.buyer beware. In my many years of doing business online I’ve never dealt with anything this bad.

Horrible at owning up to a product that is not functioning properly and standing by their customers. Making a quick dollar is shortsighted for a tight community.

Rude customer service for products that do not live up to what they are supposed to do. Find another manufacturer and don’t waste your time with these people.
