I had a terrible experience with the CubeSmart in Santa Ana. I had my things there for less than a month, and it was broken into and all my boxes gone through. I cannot believe it. So violating. You had ONE job, CubeSmart. When I spoke with the manager, I asked if they had security. No, I was told, but every morning they go through to see if any units have been compromised. FAT LOT OF GOOD THAT DOES, CUBESMART. MORE LIKE CUBEDUMB. Do not give this place your business. its clearly an unprotected mess and the staff is surly and unprofessional.

Nice place to keep your extra things. Just rates keep going up I’m sure everywhere else.

We paid $137 a month assuming all would be well. Unfortunately, this storage location is not safe. Half of our belongings were damaged and/or stolen. We reported the incident to the Santa Ana police and to CubeSmart management on Dec. 28. It has been four months and CubeSmart management has not provided any relevant surveillance video to locate the burglars. If your belongings have any value to you, store them elsewhere.

Came back and someone broke in my storage container and left my stuff everywhere. This place is shady go spend your money somewhere else

Really bad place to store you tools or other things is been a full mont tha my unit was open and they sad o some one open your unit lastnight put we just call you to tellyou at 2:30 pm next day realy bad management on this place 0 cualification plus they let people live inside of the units like there house i dont like this place

Competitive prizes the staff is very helpful its kept very clean and excellent security system too.

Or is the mgr was efficient and polite and explained everything well. The place is clean for the area and not at all unsafe. For the low prices you really cant go wrong. Would rent again.

Terrible, terrible, terrible.. with no reason they cut my lock and went in my storage I found out... this will not be put up with. You better have your cameras rolling and voice recordings going cause they will lie lie lie lie.

Oris and John are the greatest customer service agents ever.......I have had over 20 storage units in oc and never have i been treated so good. I will never rent another storage unit anywhere else...I came in having a bad day and I left with a smile on my face...truly proffessional......people always want to give you attitude but they made me feel important...thank you guys

Management changed locks twice in my almost five year tenancy without notice or consent. Rate increase notices always arrive in mail with less than thirty days effective date. Poor on site security. Price after almost five years was expensive

This place was nice. Its gated and has 24 hr surveillance with the owner on site. I rented a 10 x 10 thats indoors on the first floor. It was clean and move in ready. The management was very friendly and professional. John Sanchez the manager, showed me around and went over the contract. Everything was very self explanatory and he answered all of my questions. The price was exactly what we agreed upon when I called earlier in the week. Overall, I am very pleased with the customer service I received and look forward to moving in.

Ive been here renting for over 2 years never had any problems.

The facility is super clean as well as the units.The manager, Oried, was extremely helpful to find us 2 units together. She was friendly and polite. She make sure we were aware of all things needed when movers brought our furniture and other belongings.

I came to pick up an auction unit during open business hours, nobody there, no answer on phone, not professional at all

Very disapointed! They assured they had a space in the size I requested and I had to pay the moving company to move my furniture to the storage and they did not have it available when we got there. Even though they emailed me twice to confirm the reservation and I called them that same day to verify they did have it. Well, they lied to me I had to get a smaller unit there, since I did not have any other options and I had to pay again to move my stuff again two days later and I had to pay for the new storage at a different location of course. It was very expensive. I would never use CubeSmart again!

I heard about this place from a friend. The girl at the front name Oris was super helpful. Helped with all our questions & concerns we had. I would recommend people to come here. It’s affordable & the staff is great ask for Oris.

Been here a little over a year and facility is very clean. I remember before Oris, manager took over some units had rodent issues. She cleaned up the problem quickly and I haven’t seen any rodents since. Oris and her team are constantly visible, always making their rounds and easy to approach for any question we may have about the facility. I have another storage at another location but if I have to recommend a very clean storage facility in Santa Ana this is your place to come to period. The team is wonderful and it shows. You won’t be disappointed. 👍🏻

We help some one to move their stuff but the storage unit was dirty very dusty

Had a wonderful experience. Oris was very helpful and explained everything in detail. And it helped that it was way cheaper and looked more secure than the last place we went to.

John G. helped me and he was amazing very helpful and answered all of my questions. The process was fairly easy instead of being a hassle.

This facility is always well lit, clean and well maintained. I am always promptly greeted by the staff on duty and received amazing customer service. There is an agent in particular named Oris who on a consistent basis goes above and beyond to satisfy my needs. She is always very polite and professional and is Incredibly knowledgeable about her job. I feel like I made a great choice by storing my possessions here. I have a sense of security and I know my belongings are being safeguarded. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking to find a great safe storage facility.
