Im posting this for my grandpa who had an extremely bad experience here a few years back. Its been a while but I figured Id let you guys know just so that others are wary about the way this place operates when your things get stolen. My grandpa use to own a truck with lots of tools inside. Over $25k dollars were inside the truck when it was stolen. He had stored the truck with the location for years and everything was good. Then one night a group of thieves opened the gate(they had access) and broke into the truck and drove it away. This location was completely unwillingly to cooperate by providing video surveillance footage or any other information that would have led to the capture of the thieves. My grandpa lost a great deal of his life savings that day. And the property management didnt even seem to bat an eye. Maybe an employee was in on it? So please, if you have anything of value in this storage. Move it somewhere else. Ill never forget how they turned a blind eye. And even if it helps someone else protect their valuables it will have been worthwhile.

I have been storing at Orange County Self Storage for over 2 years. I researched for a month before I choose this location and found it to be the best value in the Orange County area. I have re-evaluated every 6 months or so and it continues to be the best value for what you get. Ceilings are really high for additional space, not your typical 7 to 8ft. The staff is very friendly and always available during office hours.

Well I have to say these guys are awesome the neighborhood may not look so safe but it turns out that these guys keep it very very strict thats one of the nice things I love about this facility, its always keep clean and very safe dont let the bad neighborhood on the outside deceive you, this is a guarded Fortress.

I have been a customer for several years because this facility is clean, very secure, and Mark the onsite manager runs a tight ship. Mark is always ready to help with questions or concerns.

Would like the rent to stay at a fixed rate. Please add light to the units inside. Over all the facility and the managers are great.

If I could give no stars I would. Very disappointed in the customer service I received today, if youre not in the mood to work or dont like where you work dont ruin other peoples day with the bad attitude. Never coming back again in a future one less customer!
