Never had a problem with Storage West. they are nice people and very polite to new customers. they even show you around

Price is decent. Positive review ends there. Money grabbing organization. They told me my account was autopay, but call to ask for payment every month after it was late.Details: I stored my items so I could live in Holland for 6 months. Every month, they waited until the payment was late, then called to let me know.I asked them to autopay, and they said they would email me .. No computer or internet where I was staying, so not possible. So they said they would call and ask for payment before it was late. They didnt. I tried calling in to make a payment, but they rarely answer the phone. I left a message with my card info - didnt help.

What can I tell you is a place to store things and depending on what you can pay, it is the place and young and old, in the office they are friendly no matter who this is, I have seen more than 6 different ones and they are always friendly. The only bad thing is that the limit of the door to go out at night is at 7.
