Terrible company with terrible service. He harrassed me over and over again. He has the writing skills of a toddler telling me things like dont go just buy something please because I added four things to my cart before seeing the reviews on BBB and yelp. But he wrote 4 or 5 reviews under fake accounts here on google. All of the positive reviews have only reviewed this business and are all very similar in writing style. Everyone else who has written a genuine review has reviewed a normal number of businesses for someone who takes the effort of writing a review. I dont write a lot of reviews, but when I see the fake account making, it really p***s me off. Every single genuine review for this company is negative, Im pretty sure he lies about when it started too. This company appeared in 2013 not 2007. I dont know how he is still selling things, I bet he is doing this out of his moms or wife basement, totally dependent on them. He cant just swallow his pride, and do real customer service and accept the refund, or make the return as stated on his site. Once he makes a buck he has to hold onto it, because its a rare thing for this company to make any money at all. I think thats why he gets so mean so fast. He does it himself so he is proud of his wittle cwafstmanship and he doesnt make any money so he is scared of losing it. People like this make me mad at the world. Just freaking close already. After this, Im making a report and collecting everyones negative review claims (taking money and never sending items, not following his own policies, harrasment/abuse of customers, etc.) and submitting it to every single agency I possibly can. Be warned! If you have any issue with your purchase they will not allow you to return it unless its defective. Bought a light to make a display case for my wifes rocks for her birthday. I opened the box when it arrived and realized it wasnt doing what I was looking for. I immediately contacted them and was given the run around for awhile via email. Then I was abruptly told that the light was tested there and I used it so it cant be returned. I now have a $145 paper weight and have since purchased another light for the display case.

Only accepts returns if defective. Make sure you properly measure all items as they wont take any returns otherwise. The toilet seat was supposed to glow in the dark a blue color; the installation nails didnt fit the holes where the toilet seat is installed and the toilet seat itself barely glowed a dull white. So $45 later plus expensive shipping fees I have a toilet seat where the nails are too big for my toilet and it doesnt glow. Sweet.

Do not order from this company! We ordered some of their products using price calculator which was on their official website and paid via paypal, and than they said that the price of the shipping is DOUBLE more and that calculator (from their website) was not correct which significantly raised the price of the order. We tried to make some compromise, but the person which was communicating, Walter Carter, was extremely unproffesional, rude and not willing to try to solve mistake which was entirely their fault (on our email where we were suggesting solution, he just said rudely I told you that I am not the one who is forming the shipping cost). We had order from a client and we lost 7 days and finnaly we asked for a refund of the money. It has been 5 working days now and no money back or any information. We were shocked with level of rudeness, lack of professionalism and negative attitude. One of the worst online shopping experience! Be aware.

You make and order and then it doesnt ship. I have not heard a word in a week and had to cancel the order due to my deadline passing.Cant reach anyone via email or by calling. Not professional and would definitely not trust the product even if received now.
