The customer service is rude, 3 employees, only one was cool.

Homeowner projects, if you need it they have it, if they dont have it they can get it. Plus if you need it and they dont have it you likely dont really need that specific thing and they can advise what you do need.Just remember this is a supply house designed and run to service the HVAC contractors. If you need a lot of hand holding and or think they should spend 20 minutes on your $150 purchase you are better off at OSH where you can be helped by part time people with no clue and pay way more for your items.

The clown in the last review was never a customer or potential customer. He was an electrician representing an adversarial attorney. He was caught trespassing and fondling our electrical equipment. We asked him to beat it. Dont you just love this.
