My fridge died yesterday. With the pandemic no retailer had a new one in stock. Was able to get a good condition working used refrigerator delivered by 1pm the same day. Sunny was very nice and helpful.

Similar experience to the 1 star ratings. Me and my landlord bought a used fridge that was infested with German cockroaches. We had to remove the fridge entirely and while we were moving it cockroaches were excessively falling from the beta appliances fridge. I had a panic attack and my landlord tried to move the refrigerator by himself and ended up with 6 staples in his head and we had to pay $400 for bug control to come in. I have left a Yelp review and no one has contacted me to offer a refund or pick up the fridge. I also called the company asking for a manager still waiting to hear back. If you want to pay $455 for a infested fridge then $1000 for other charges be my guest.

Sunny is just a really great person, so working with him makes it that much better. Hes understanding and gives you all sides of a situation, so doesnt try to hide anything. If youre looking for an appliance or need repairs, go to Sunny.

Good customer service

These guys are great. I have used them a few times and always same day delivery, product lasts for years. They will come service it right away if their is any problems after they install. Great prices for second hand appliances and the people are polite and knowledgeable.

I came in here from the yelp reviews and I wanted to check them out since they were so close to my house. I was in need of a second refrigerator for my daughters birthday, luckily the customer service was excellent and I was in and out in about 20 mins. They were very helpful with the details to make my decision much easier than I expected. After the purchase They made a same day delivery which was a life saver!Thanks Beta. Terrible place. They make money taking advantage of people by selling faulty equipment that will break quickly after 30 days and then charging for repairs.Ive used the machine 4 times and supposedly got it fixed yesterday. Running the washer and once again tripped my electric (dangerous) and stopped in the middle of my wash. Ugh. And they take days to come repair and arent nice about it. I never write reviews, but Im hopeful this will help someone else.

BUYERS BEWARE. Purchased refrigerator from this place. Came with German brown cockroaches. Had to subscribe to an extermination company to treat our home (successfully) for roaches. Costed me more for pest control than the appliance. Do not buy here.

The owner is a shameless beguiler, misleading you to buy something non-refundable which breaks in a few weeks. This kind of business should be rid of off the earth. Buy new online or from credible sellers, the cost is actually not that high.

This place is awful. They know how to do business the wrong and shady way. Avoid at all costs. You might recognize them from their dozens of ads on Craigslist. Shoulda known from there that these people have no class.

Dont go here, I found thier ad on Craigslist had really good prices. But when me and my mom went to look at the fridges and there cockroachs everywhere. Not worth you time.
