One of my favorite home Depo to go to good help found the help I was looking for nd the answer to my questions
I had a very good experience and was offered help without having to ask twice... I am pretty old but usually do my heavy lifting myself but was having trouble and was helped when it was noticed.... then the same in the parking lot.... it was so nice.
A life-saver for nearby residents who need quick home fixes at the oddest hours. This Home Depot location is always busy, that speaks to the amount of businesses they do for the neighbors and contractors alike. There used to be a nearby Loewes a while ago, but it closed down a year ago, and now all the home improvement business is directed towards this Home Depot.
Very large, difficult to find what you need, and understaffed?.I had to go to the front counter to ask for help in lumber. The person who eventually helped me was very efficient and friendly. Then I had the hardest time finding the zip ties. Online it says aisle 34, but the aisles go from 33 to 35. After wandering around for a while, discovered aisle 34 perpendicular to 33 and 35 behind them. Only a handmade cardboard and marker sign to indicate it.
They allow you to order online and get curbside pickup which makes for a really smooth experience if you know what you need. Highly recommend this option. Its an average Home Depot, with average prices, good variety of products and decent customer service. Nothing to complain about after a few visits.
A very helpful staff member asked if I needed help when looking for some specific things. I am 6 months pregnant and he was nice enough to help me lift an item and put it into my cart. At check out another staff member was very helpful and offered to have someone help me load the car. I had a great experience at this location!
The costumer service has greatly, it improved these couple of months just that some workers in the departments have little knowledge of where I can find an item. but overall very great also got some amazing help from a worker named Louis from the service desk to help me find what I needed. I been searching the store all over it and finally helped me carry my online item I order, since that day I had a back problem really friendly guy. I will be coming back to this home depot for a project I’m working on hope to see him there working while I’m shopping to get some help. just want to say thank you very much for the help !!!
Its a house depot, so then it makes you feel like youre home to relax to.Very heart warming... These people look intimidating but actually very gentle. I got lost in this warehouse, and then I found my way out and was actually told to leave for good. 5 stars.
Like usual I spent too much time walking from one end of the story to the other end, trying to find someone to help me. Still get that vibe whats a woman doing in here idk, but they had most of what I needed, there employees are nice and polite and try to help but its hard when they dont know the answer. They have always lacked in customer service skills
In my opinion, as far as this particular location goes, the customer service was quite a bit better than it has been in years. I used to shop at this store from the very first day it opened.... but, n the last 20 years, the service declined greatly. Now it seems, they really did everything to make shopping there enjoyable again. The one thing this store could really work on is making sure the employees have the knowledge of what their selling. I asked 3 different employees where an item was, that was in their department, and the best answer was I think its on that shelf above you . Other than that, they were all friendly, . I think the store has improved a lot... that said... I will definitely shop there again.
Home Depot seems to have what I need for pretty much every home repair scenario I have. I love having everything available to buy in one place. Returns are easy too. If you lose your receipt, they look up your purchase based on your credit card. Only problem with this store is product findability. It takes a while to learn where everything is.
Quick and easy no waiting in that long line we all dread .Very well done.
I really wish Home Depot would have a few more people working (& available to help,) because they have driven other local hardware stores out of business, so it is hard to get the kind of service that most people need in order to get their projects to completion. I often give up trying to get help and just do the best I can on my own at Home Depot. Hence the 4 stars, because I do appreciate the store.
I found almost everything related to homeRequirements. Also we visit here every month first week with our kids to attend kids workshops. My kids really loves these workshops and learn allot and have fun.1. Staff is very helpful2. You have multiple options to check out3. Self service or you can stand in queue4. Ample parking5. Well maintained
I called last week to cancel my order. That didnt happen. I called the pro desk today and Terrell answered. He processed my order and refunded me quickly. He was friendly and polite and that is rare these days.. Good Job Terell thank you! Yu rock!!
It was difficult to find someone to assist me. A employee gave me the wrong aisle number for what I was looking for but another employee realized the error and caught up to me and directed me to the correct aisle. It is a big store so I can understand the error. The gentleman that helped me, the cashier were pleasant and congenial.
This is my place for hand tools. I bought my son flea repellant here, away thine plague carrying lil critters! The cedar was $30 verses less than $9 for repellant, better deal.
Still cant find assistance if needed,. But better stocked than I have seen in awhile. The self checkout has really improved
Great store, great people, but they really need to double up on their stock of items.I have to frequently drive over to other Home Depots (the one in Campbell or the one in Cupertino) because of this.
Just got hung up on for the 3rd time. Service at this place has gone waaaay down, lately. I guess Im officially a Lowes customer, now.
This Home Depot was conveniently located next to my climbing gym for when my car’s bumper fell off while I was driving to the gym and I needed to get some duct tape. Great location!
I love this location! They ALWAYS have a group of workers in the parking lot looking to go home with you and help you with your project! How neat is that?
No ones here to help customers. dont waste your time in this store.
Conveniently close, but frequently items are not actually in stock despite claims on their website; though picking up an online order is usually successful. Customer service throughout the store is sparse and problematic. There are often too many people behaving carelessly (including staff) to maintain appropriate distance. Stock is largely Chinese made of indeterminate quality.
The people here are what make this place shine. Not all of them, of course, but the vast majority are efficient and take the Home Depot policies serious.Whoever is running this place, at least in the evenings, runs a VERY tight ship.
Went to make keys for work and was told they dont make those keys there. Funny part is Ive made keys there several times
Home Depot has a great selection to help with any home improvement or remodeling project for the DIYer
Love the food truck out side but the there was only like two 6 good employees. The rest where snotty little brats
Let me begin by saying that Home Depot as a whole is a place that I have always enjoyed shopping and have spent tens of thousands of dollars at over the years and never had a problem. That all changed this last week as I found a bad apple in the bunch and a store that I refuse to continue giving my money. Arrogant and conniving as their true colors were on full display by the actions of a female manager whos name I will refrain from saying because I am not a bully. So I was at the store and bought several items. A Dremel ($150) a 3 tool Milwaukee combo set ($399) and a Dyson V8 Animal (also 399). I used my debit card for all the purchases and the funds were immediately taken from my account and delivered to Home Depotz account. Little did I know, at the same time my wife was at Target purchasing a V11 Dyson for about $600. When we both arrived at home that night we laughed that we both had the same thought of upgrading our vacuum cleaner and decided to keep the V11 because it was the nicer of the two. We went to bed with plans of returning the vacuum the next day after work. Unfortunately for me, while at work that day, our bank account was hacked and our bank simply fixed the problem and issued us new account numbers. No problem right? Oh boy was Home Depot excited to take the opportunity to use this as a way to strong arm me of my hard earned money and said that they could put the return back on the same debit card or give me store credit. . They would not return it to my new card or pay us for the unopened, unused, exact box they sold me the night before with cash. I, needless to say, was taken aback by their refusal of anything within reason. They clearly have a return policy to keep the bad guys from taking advantage and that is understandable. I am a pretty fair and reasonable guy and I am a long time customer and I will now avoid Home Depot when it is not inconvenient and I will never shop at this store again. The way they dealt with this issue and the arrogance and lack of customer service they showed me was unrecognizable to me and my wife. I am ashamed of the store I have been so loyal to and I am angry that they used this already tough situation to gage me out of the hard earned money I sent with them. Hope yall have a great day and Ill survive and find a new favorite store!! Cheers!!
Well I am mature the one by me is smaller. It is a life saver. Good prices, good goods, a fast sale or too. Just some of the larger store, are just that LARGER. But give them credit they have the goods & more. Friendly help, they show their training. They bring out the little boy in an oldman. Age does take it toll on ability. But we can all dream...
Good evening at phat guard fans Daniel James sing hello had to go there today to pick up some supplies for my solar panel cleaning service and for those of you who have solar panels that is a PV system that must be cleaned with ionized water at least two to three times a year people dont know that but Im telling you now my company name is Helios solar panel cleaning services and we the cleaning service your solar panel/PV system and the big power company will soon be giving you checks for the energy theyll be buying from you again your TV system must be cleaned it is like the windshields on your car if its dirty you cant see anything if the glass on the solar panels dirty then you are not getting all the lumens of light which creates the energy Daniel James abstract artist
The customer service was great and they were willing to adjust to my needs there. Very happy with my selection and ordered online last minute, and they still hot my order for me
Not bad at all promot and reliable service from everyone
Purchased what I thought was a new Royobi drill/driver. Didnt notice until I got home that the package had been resealed. It was clear that the device had been used...but even more clear that the battery was not the original. In fact, it was dirty and defective. Note to self...never purchase open box equipment from Home Depot again
The home depot always has everything I am looking for when I need to fix something or build something or just plain when I get an idea and dont really know what or how Im gonna accomplish that idea. The staff are always helpful with where product is and they take it a step further with knowledge product applicationswhen the situation arises that I need done direction on a task,... that I frankly ... need some direction or insight or an idea of what I might need to accomplish my problems I bring them.... Good looking Home Depot. I gladly give you my business because I know I can count on you to help and have what I need...
Went to Home Depot at lunch time. Cashier was great
If you cannot find what are you looking for, feel free to ask to the personal there, they will help you.
I bought a brushless rigid hammer drill a couple years back and it went out on me today. When I go to return it the sales associate at the returns desk ask me for a receipt. I tell him I dont have one its been over 2 years. He tries putting in my phone number to check my pro rewards nothing shows up. I talk to the manager and explain to him that I need it for work the next day so he replaces it for me but I had no receipt when I walked out. I go back in the store to get a receipt and at first they gave me a hard time but eventually gave me a receipt so I can register for my lifetime service agreement which is the whole reason I bought Rigid in the first place. I feel I shouldnt have had to go through all that but in the end Im glad they honored the Rigid lifetime service agreement.
Home Depot is my to-go store when I do small DIY projects. I just have my worst shopping experience in its Santa Clara store (2435 Lafayette St). I fill a complain to them and will update this post when I get any response. It’s about trust. I go to this store at 1/23/2021 night to buy a tool to unclog my kitchen sink. I notice an open box item, its the only one left of that type, so I take it down to read introduction and open the cover to check if it contains all elements. At this moment, one employee come by and ask me dont open it. Well, I know his concern. To ensure he doesnt misunderstand me I explain the box is opened before I check it. He doesnt believe. I left this item alone and keep looking. When I check another item with a paper label hang on it loosely, the label drops down and this employee shows up again. He starts from offering help, but his intent is to remind me not remove item label. That fact is whoever touches the item the label will drop. I wish to explain but the communication goes unpleasant.I always keep items in their original condition when shopping. It feels bad to be accused misconduct twice without trust and respect. Therere so many opened/broken items in the store, I am sorry for Hope Depot’s trouble and loss, but it is NOT an excuse to treat customers without trust.I admit I can avoid this if I stay away from those opened/broken items and I will keep this in mind. At the same time, hope the stores will trust their customers more.
Very helpful service and cleaner than most Home Depot
We went in to get some plywood cut. Waited an hour going over to the customer service desk twice. We tried to be understanding, but even after the staff actually called the guy on the phone telling him theres a customer waiting for help at the discussing area (this was after we waited 45 min.), still no one showed up. We gave up and left after waiting for another 15 min. (Had a wayyyyyy better experience at L****.)
Home Depot sells many construction, repair and remodel items that the average do-it-yourselfer will need, for both the house and the garden. Its usually a one stop shop. For specialty items youll need to find a dedicated hardware, plumbing or other store. But Home Depot usually sells 90% of what I need, and the prices are either reasonable or good.
Great selection. Kind man helped cut wood for my planter box.
They always have what im looking for. I found a Dewalt power inverter for my car for about $50.
Memorial day weekend not crowded..Nice!
I am so disappointed with this store today, I went to get a planter from the store. I asked the plant and garden check out guy to help me, and he said I am sorry I am really busy with customer checking out. I said Thats fine so I went inside the store to ask someone else with the planter cause it was on the very top and without anyones help I wont be able to get that planter. one of the store employee said I will ask some one to help you. After 5 mins, She announced that a customer is waiting in the plant and garden section..... No one came - she announced it 3 more time and no one came. Then I went inside to ask again to another employee. She said she will announce - she announced it twice and NO ONE CAME to help me. I waited there for 30-40 mins wasting my time. very unprofessional
This is also one of the neatest Home Depot’s I have ever been inside of. The isles were all very organized and cleanI got keys made here. I asked at the front if they could have someone meet me there because I was in a bit of a hurry. Ended up having to stand around for a bit before asking another employee for help. Keys came out great so no harm no foul!
I went to buy perlite and some plant supplies. Garden area is well organized and has many varieties of plants. They have different arrangements of succulents as well. Must visit place for gardeners.
Im a guy I love tool shopping. If I cant find something theres never a problem asking for help.cusomer service A+.
My local store, I dont frequently need help but when I do its fast enough
Bought items that have been opened or broken/repacked. I expected this behavior from other stores like newegg, walmart or frys but if you do the pickup (vehicle) not in store make sure to double check items before leaving the spot.
I dont know what I would do without Home Depot even though the workers dont know how to guide you to the right place the customers always seem to know where to point me 2
A lot of collections, both materials and tools.
Good variety of flooring in stock. Toby S was very helpful loading my purchase into the car for me and securing my lost phone until I could return. One suggestion:staff were training on the aisle where customers had to queue to checkout and were standing in the distancing squares. They should have given that space to customers and worked around them.
Lack experience personal on the night shift because they dont know where things are and more
Textbook excellent Home Depot. Clean, well stocked, and helpful, friendly staff.
The curbside pickup during COVID-19 times has been a life-saver. It is also nice to see that HD doesnt restrict based on any size or weight to do the curbside pickup. Such an awesome service!
Terrible customer service. I purchased windows from this location and it has been nothing but trouble from the ordering process to delivery dates that keep moving out and now when I call for an update they simply don’t answer my calls anymore. All this after paying extra for delivery! Ridiculous! Highly recommend finding another place to do business.
For the second time in a row, the curbside pickup did not work at this location. We waited for about 20 minutes and had to find a worker to check on the status, despite going through the proper check in process sent to us by email. Nobody seemed to know that we were waiting for our purchase. Furthermore, I tried to call the store’s number to let them know I am waiting and nobody picked up.I am pregnant, and am really trying to avoid going into stores. This defeats the purpose of having curbside pickup at all if it doesn’t consistently work. It would be great to have a better working contactless pickup method.
5 stars for variety, convenience and priceMinus4 stars for the founders fascist politicsEqualsAce is the place
I knew the two fixture floodlight I was looking for was obsolete, but the dude helped me look for it anyway.Solid customer service, and I appreciate that.
Excellent. I feel this store like my second home. Thanks
Placed an online order for curbside pickup. The store associate put another persons order into my car which I found after coming back home. I had to go back to the store. The customer care representatives were helpful. However, some of my ordered items were broken. So I had to return them. Not a pleasant experience at all.
Staff was initially hard to find but once we came across Wylder and Ashruti everything was great. Wylder definitely went above and beyond the call of duty to help us. Fantastic employee
Good service
Like others that have reviewed this location, Ive had multiple issues in the past with employees here that didnt want to help out customers, had bad attitudes toward customers, and just generally didnt want to do their jobs.I came in today to get a 30 pack of T8 light bulbs for the office. They were located in top shelf stock, so I had to ask an associate to get it down for me. The associate was prompt, friendly, efficient, and got it done asap. He even double checked the item with me to make sure it was correct. Excellent service today and I appreciate it immensely.
Hard to find a staff for help.Wasted me a lot of time here.
Helped me with a few keys I needed with very fast service.
I was able to find all my gardening supplies.
Always a great place to visit!
Great employees and great selection. Checking out is always dreaded though. Unlike elsewhere, self checkout is never quick and smooth. Please fix or just give us our cashiers back.
Superlative service at pick-up desk
Couldnt find isopropyl alcohol but the service was great with helpful staff!
Busy- pandemic is winding down and people are Distancing less, but still masking.
Good organization and responsive staff. Could use a little decluttering here and there but that comes with the store brand haha
This Home Depot doesnt deserve the represent the brand. This has got to be the worst home depot Ive ever been to. Its dirty af, the people who work here are rude and u helpful, they dont know the first thing about customer service in person and over the phone the experience makes me never want to go to Home Depot again. Ill be going to Lowes from now on. Just pitiful.
Appreciated the clean restroom I needed to use.
No inventory control and hopeless staff. I usually prefer the Santa Clara store to Kifer road because it is not as disheveled. Not today. Checked inventory online only to find none of a few of the parts I was seeking. There was stuff in the bins- just not the stuff that was supposed to be there. Now this store is just as bad as Kifer. Sadly I will go back because I will need to. But if possible, Ill shop at Ace or Lowes
Friendly and helpful employees
Much improvement has been made to this location. It is no longer the filthy dump that it has been for the past decade.I usually avoid this location for many reasons but my opinion was changed today. The store has been cleaned up in many ways. It is not covered in dust and there is not an overabundance of cardboard display stacks in the aisles, meaning you can actually move about the store with a shopping cart or platform. The parking lot is even cleaned upToday, I was greeted many times throughout the store. When I could not find something a wonderful team member named Lionel help me find the concrete cleaner I have been struggling to find at many of the other locations. He utilized many resources including team members to help me find it. Later when I was looking lost and could not find the smoke detectors, he kindly approached me asking what I needed help with. Lionel walked me halfway across the store directly to them.Every associate I encountered this day was very helpful including Plumbing, inside and outside garden and the cashier. The care taken for safety was a delight to see. A gentleman guarding the clised forklift aisle retrieved a wing stack for me while the forklift was in the down position in the opposite aisle. There were safety Associates making sure forklifts had a clear path, and a very considerate associate that stood behind a customers cart with 12 foot edging that was hanging off of a cart to make sure people did not trip over it while he was checking outThis store has made some amazing improvements that I am happy to see. I am willing to frequent this location again..I commend the management and the entire staff for turning this store around.
I just bought and drove up to pick up my purchase
I went to my regular store but they ran out of the item I want to buy so I had them call first (the other store) if they have it just to make sure. Kind of far but also close to where I live
Is the best store The Home Depot.
Had what we needed in one stop. For our reptile needs
I came to this location looking for a specific nitrile glove (venom) and found out that they do not carry it in store, then the associate told me to go to Lowes because they carry the item. In my opinion thats a good way to lose a customer by sending them to a competitor. Also the fact that the associate didnt know of the glove. Home depot you should better train your employees instead of having them walking around the store not doing anything.
Home Depot was very good. I got service from two different employees who knew exactly where to go in the store for the items I was looking for. I also had three keys made they have a great machine for duplicating it.
The little customer service offered lacks knowledge or any enthusiasm to help. I watched this place deteriorate over the last few years.
Quick and easy. Very crowded because of Black Friday event.
Very bad store. They emailed me that the items are ready, when I went there they told me they dont have it.
Allowed people to shop without masks and werent supervising the check out line and ensuring proper social distancing. Other home depots had employees doing that. If you want increased risk of contracting covid19 this is the home depot to go to.
One of my favorite stores!
Unwilling to help, zero customer service. On top of not enforcing pandemic protocols with even their own staff.Last time I shop from or at Home Depot
Nice ⚙️
Great 👍 attention the cashier and the guy on connections of compression
