It doesnt surprise me that this place has 5 star reviews. I was referred to this shop by a good friend of mine. I was working with Justin directly and he was very helpful and informative about the insurance claim process. Once it was time to take my truck in (I got side swiped on the rear driver side door) Justin gave me updates on the truck every step of the way without me asking for them. The insurance company ordered a replacement door for my truck but once received, the shop realized the door was in worse condition than mine so they went ahead and did the body work on my door. They ended up finishing sooner than expected. When I picked up my truck you couldnt even tell I was hit at all. Ive had experience with other body shops in the bay area where they leave an orange peel like texture on the paint. That was not the case here. Justins shop made my paint match EXACTLY like the rest of the truck. It had a nice smooth gloss finish. I couldnt believe how good it came out. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking to get their paint work or body work done here. They have gained a customer for life with me!

UPDATE:My car has been virtually in and out of Precise Collision since last August (August 2019) for a steering wheel problem. The vehicle was returned around November and kindly test driven by Cody. The car was beautiful and brand new when it arrived. When driving the vehicle myself, the steering wheel was stiff and didn’t feel like it was turning my wheels properly, something I thought was normal after just replacing the steering column. After driving the car for a few weeks, this issue became more apparent. Cody scheduled an appointment with Hancook Tires, who informed us something was still wrong and out of place with the steering column. Precise Collision is now in the process of fixing the vehicle again, which has been at the shop since December, a total 6 MONTHS. Cody tried very hard to get this vehicle serviced, I feel it is taking a while, but also understanding the repair aspect, do not get a Mini Cooper as a car.-I was in my first car accident a few weeks ago, and my neighbor recommended I send my Mini Cooper S to Precise Collision. Though my car is still in the shop, I had to write a review, because customer service provided by Cody has been so outstanding thus far!! (Will definitely update with more details after service.) Right now, he is going above and beyond in not only repairing my car, but also helping me understand the process of a car accident. Once the ball started rolling with the insurance and repairs were ready to begin, Cody has been doing an exceptional job in communicating what needs to be done by sending photos of parts and promptly answering any questions! Was browsing on google to find a body shop to replace my front bumper, I came across Precise Collision which had great reviews. I decided to give them a call for an estimate and was greeted by Cody. Cody gave me a really good price compared to other quotes I’d received from other shops. I couldn’t pass up the deal, so I scheduled for repairs right away. I couldn’t be any happier with my choice. My lease is up and I had to return my BMW. Little did I know BMW wanted their car back exactly the way it was two years ago. My god they wanted everything perfect or else I would have to pay a big penalty. Luckily I came across this shop ! Justin listened to my situation and was willing to help me out. I come here way to often . Dont know why I keep on getting hit by other drivers. I fixed my Mercedes E class and Lexus RX here a few times and every time they have done an excellent job. Always on time and car is delivered fresh and new. They even dropped it off at my work place and took the rental back after. I highly recommend this shop.

My mechanic referred me here after my neighbor tried to destroy my car. Precise collision had to replace 2 doors and painted half of my car over. Color matched perfectly and everything was done in about 10 days. I Highly recommend this shop

I drive by this body shop everyday on el Camino, I live literally down the street. My Honda Accord got sideswipe by someone who ran a stop sign . Justin assisted me through the whole insurance process which was a major pain. It took him almost an entire week of communications with farmers insurance just to get them to pay for the repairs and rental car . Repairs to my car took a little over a week and it was perfect . I was refer here by a buddy of mine who had some work done. My Toyota was rear ended by another driver who was on their phone. Precise collision took about 10 days with my car and I got it back good as new. The guys here are really friendly and helpful, they even cleaned my car inside out afterwards !!!

Came out to my car from valley fair one day and some one hit and run me ! There was a huge dent the size of a basketball on my front bumper. My daughter recommended to this body shop and they did an excellent job. Im no car expert but I cant tell it was ever fix. thank you precise collision !

I haven’t decided on which shop I will give my business to yet due to the location of my work and home . I must say I am very impress with Justin’s customer service and knowledge on collision repairs . He really took his time to give me a proper estimate, and explained the repair process throughly .
