I brought my GTI in and they were going to chargeme $155.00 just to look at it. I told them, no way!So they brought it down to half price which I still think is ridiculous. They most likely are a good shop to bring your car to but the charge just to find out what’s wrong with it $155 is ridiculous in my opinion.

I normally do my own wrenching on my cars, but when I need serious work done, l take my VW cars to Dub Clinic without hesitation. They do the job right the first time and stand by their work 100%. Cars with mods (or are to be modded) are very welcome here too. Reasonable labor rates and vastly superior to the dealerships.

DubClinic has always been a great partner in the care of our cars. Bernard in particular has gone the extra mile multiple times, including helping our young son work with a vendor to refund some defective parts (they didnt want to take them back). Dub always offers plenty of options and works to minimize costs while providing great service.

I own and operate a 1997 Lincoln Town Car. It’s the executive series and is equipped with a very complex air ride suspension system. Dubclinic’s experienced and highly skilled technicians are truly the ONLY people I trust to maintain my town car. They recently performed a major overhaul of the entire front end suspension and steering as well as a ton of engine component replacements. The car was returned to me with a fresh wheel alignment and everything under the hood looked and sounded perfect!!! They even tipped me off that it was time for a new battery as my existing one was from 2005. They saved me from being stranded out on the road!!! I also have a Lexus GSF which they maintain and have conducted many performance upgrades to. I plan to bring that vehicle in to them soon for new coil over suspension and lowering. I highly recommend Dubclinic!!!! They are pros.

These guys nailed my engine oil pressure issue with barely any diagnostic time/fees, and the car has been perfect ever since. Totally going to trust them with both my Audis going forward.

Have a Audi S4 b8.5. Went to get my exhaust adjusted as I know I have installed my midpipe wrong. I went to other places and I was quoted $800+ plus they will have to cut and wield my pipes. It was insane. Came to dubclinic and the quote was only $120. Saved $700 and that was a winning price. Dubclinic definitely got the W on this one. Will go there again, note I live 35+ miles away.

This clinic examined my used car before purchase as an independent party. They have done minor oil changes and headlight changes on my car and some other minor maintenance work in the past year. They are professional, honest, clear in explanation and fair in quotes. Great front office staff, comfortable waiting area. I was referred to them by friends who are more car knowledgable than I and have been super pleased with their service.

I recently moved to Mountain View, CA, from Portland, Oregon. My 2016 Passat needed a new grille and front sensor repositioned. Ive got a C5 S6 that I wouldnt trust with just any shop. These guys are legit and trustworthy. They genuinely care about their customers and arent out just make a quick buck. If youve got a German vehicle, I cant recommend the team here enough.

Excellent experience. Performed a clutch replacement for me with great results. Fast, professional, well priced. The car was in Friday and done Monday. The employees, particularly Bernard are very friendly and transparent, I couldnt have asked for better work.

I came early Monday morning for checking the engine light on. Even they were full of appointments, they still gave me a free code check to make sure I could drive safely. I really appreciate that. I got a quote of $800+ for the manifold replacement for my GTi. I’m not sure if that is a reasonable price since I have not had the service here or other palaces because I found out my car is still under the warranty.

Today was my first time at Dubclinic and I must say that I will definitely recommend this shop to anyone driving a VW just like myself (I am driving a 2010 VW CC).

The shop owner, Bernard, is a very personable and competent factory-trained mechanic. He takes time to explain what work that needs to be done, and always consult with the car owner before work begins - from oil change to timing chain or belt replacement. Price is reasonable as well. Had an appointment to get an exhaust installed at 11:00am. When I arrived, they said they had cars in front of me that needed work and that it would just be a little while. I waited 1 hour 45 mins before asking for my keys back.I’m sure these guys do good work but when it comes to scheduling, not good. At least give me the courtesy of knowing how long the delay will be and suggest rescheduling before you waste two hours of my Saturday.

If you own a Volkswagen, keep Dubclinic on your radar. Bernard was very knowledgeable about my Jettas computer system and quickly took care of the small issue I had.Unlike larger places where you need to sign a $100 work order for them to even take a look at your car, Bernard took care of me on a handshake, as my issue only took a few minutes to fix.Furthermore, I told Bernard that I had bought my car used and asked if theres any service needed at my mileage. At this point, he could have easily recommended unnecessary maintenance, but instead was honest and told me I just needed an oil change in a few thousand miles.Needless to say, I will come back if my car needs anything in the future.
