Typically this place is always busy and the cashier line tends to be long and can be moving slow. Navigating the aisles can be tight especially if people are standing around it. Have seen people lock things off with their bags and other stuff or holding pets.

Loved shopping here! I’ve shopped at Sephora for years and I’ve never been inside of a store that had so many high end brands that I’ve only seen online. (Givenchy, Dior, Armani) I loved seeing newer brands too like Kosas have its own gondola in store. I worked at a Sephora for about a year back in my hometown and this place provided excellent customer service. Alexandria was phenomenal she took the time to listen to all my crazy tangents about my dry under eyes and was able to assist me in getting the perfect concealer. I will definitely be revisiting this location soon.

Very big cosmetic store for the pretty ladies in the area. Its amazing how much goods they can pack into a large store, and how helpful every staff is in helping out their customers.Their stores must have a formula, because each of the stores in the world look roughly the same no matter where they are. Good place to people watch or to get prettied up before a big event.

Massive Sephora and they have everything. I love this place and it is one of my favorite stores at Westfield Valley Fair. It was so busy in the store I couldnt get a free associate to assist me because they were extremely busy so I decided to get what I needed that was in stock and just order what they were out of online.After a long wait in line, Silvia who assisted us with our transaction was INCREDIBLE! She greeted us with her beautiful big smile and asked us a few questions. She acknowledged my birthday which I didnt expect and that made me feel so special. She also informed me of my rewards and my enrollment in a program so I was able to use 500 of my points for $10 off my entire purchase. Silvia made me, my daughter and niece feel so valued. She was so friendly and cool to interact with, I felt like I had known her for so long. My 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ are for SILVIA 💄.

Courteous and helpful staff. This place has a veritable plethora of personal care cosmetic and hygiene products. All are refundable or exchangeable within 30 days with receipt even if used. This is wonderful because they do not allow you to test anything and have basically eliminated that option by snipping off the end s of the applicator tools spatulas and have removed any brushes that you may otherwise be tempted to play with. Due to covid-19 customer limit in-store. There was a line to get in but moved relatively quickly. Unfortunately, unable to use testers at this time due to as mentioned above. Consequently, had to return some items that didnt work out. Employees were all very pleasant and helpful.

Curb side pick up they are offering is such a waste of time! I am here from the last 30 mins & called twice, gave the exact same info twice. I rather get items shipped to me if I am buying in future from Sephora. If you cannot handle curbside pick up service like some of your competitors, pls do not offer this service. I don’t even know why I am giving you 2 stars really? 🤷‍♀️

One of the worst Sephora’s I have been to. They’re out of stock on almost everything almost always. The store always seems disorganized and slightly dirty.

Was looking for a cologne, the Lady there whom assisted me, was super awesome good energy and smiles and very knowledgeable, place was very clean and organized, all wearing masksLove the cologne she helped me choose Sauvage from dior.

Very good service, they have limited the number of customers to be in the store. There was a line to enter the store which cleared very quickly. Swatches are not encouraged on your hand for lipsticks directly, instead they swatched lipstick on a transparent mixing palette and you could put it on top of your hand to see the lip color.

I knew exactly what I needed for my lady for Christmas. I was at the back of the line which was pretty long but only to have so many ppl in the store. The lady went down the line to get ppls orders and they came down to me and grabbed what I needed brought me to cashier and paid with card and I was out less then 5 mins of standing in line. Know what you need before you go. Dont browse at the store but online. Only advice I have. Great services, thank you for making my visit easy and convenient during this Christmas season shopping on top of this pandemic crisis. Hate malls and lines; so thank you once again for your process. Ps my lady loved the product!

Aside from the fact that the employees continually ask if you need help, I could spend hours in this store. Love the Urban Decay. Wish they still had Grifter eyeshadow by Urban Decay. That was my favorite. Note to employees, If I need help, I WILL ASK YOU OK.. It is irritating, rude, and shows prejudice to keep asking me.

The customer service is excellent! I went in looking for a specific item and a staff member introduced me to various brands, price ranges, and products ranked by reviews/awards. Once at the register, I was greeted with another enthusiastic employee! I dont usually like going into these places because it can be so overwhelming, but my mind has changed after this. Hands down the best customer service. The team is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about all products, and goes out of their way to ask questions and recommend their favorite products. Several sales associates have switched me to a lifetime user of their personal recommendations. When I couldnt find a product I had purchased the year prior, a team member suggested I download their mobile app which showed me my entire lifes history of purchased products (admittedly, quite lengthy), and I was able to find it right away. Definitely the best beauty advice & customer service Ive ever experienced.

Customer service beyond the people working among the isles was okay, since no one offered me help. the cashier was meh, it seemed like she wasn’t having fun. as for the gentleman with hot pink hair (I cannot remember his name) who was doing returns, he was very friendly and helpful. I come here for the good quality of skincare and makeup, so that’s why I give four stars.

Went this place on a slow day, sales were more than customers~instead of greeting and helping customers, I just saw those women standing and chatting or walking with poker face, watching customers like they would damage the products. I love the products and spent a lot at Sephora every year but won’t visit this store again because of those rude sales.

Best beauty store ever! Everyone who work there from the welcoming guy to the top manager are friendly and funny. I been taking beauty classes since few months and each class worth it. WORST customer service EVER...I have been to many Sephora stores but never had such a bad experience...Went in to buy an eyebrow pencil.. couldn’t find it in the store... so asked a lady (Sephora employee) if they have it in stock...She asked me to wait in a particular area and said I will be informed shortly if they have it in stock...I waited for 10 minutes...No one showed up...the store was super crowded.. so I thought maybe they are short staffed and too busy...I wanted this product so badly...so I went out and came back in again after maybe 30 minutes...The crowd was much less this time...AGAIN I asked the same lady for help... she, again, asked me to wait, this time, in the eyebrow pencil section...I waited for maybe 10 minutes or god knows how long...literally NO ONE SHOWED UP...nobody even cared to ask if I needed any help...!!! Seriously, you don’t even deserve one star because I wasted my 30 minutes in this store for NOTHING!! 👎

This review is not for the Sephora store, it is actually for the Sunday Riley employee who helped me while I was shopping this Saturday. Her name was Celena. I remembered her name because I love the singer Selena. Anyways, I couldn’t for the life of me get any of the store employees to help me or properly color match my skin. I asked Celena if she would mind helping me out, and she was so sweet, and so knowledgeable about all the products. I went in to the store with the intention of only buying foundation and concealer which she helped me with, but she sold me on some great Sunday Riley products as well.

I rarely shop at Sephora. I got a gift for Christmas of two things I already owned and went to return it. It’s really a bummer they didn’t adjust their return policy for the holiday season. It’s really rigid. And if you buy a gift for someone, make sure you include a gift receipt or else there is no way of exchanging or returning the item, which seems like a oversight in customer service

Its a high volume store but the customer service here is very lacking. Many of their associates dont really seem to know skincare, and theyre only interested in make up. Lines can be long, knowledge of associates is lacking, but a good selection of products.

They have a great range of products and maintain their trial & travel size inventories in a decent manner. They are liberal with the samples. Most of the staff are helpful and proficient. The deduction of 2 stars is because of a particular turn-off associate who was rude enough to turn her face when I was asking for help and yelled I DONT KNOW! I HAVE NO IDEA. ASK SOMEONE ELSE! Ive found her body language to be very negative, cold and bitter whenever she sees me at the store

I had the worst experience today at Sephora. I went there to get my hair done and the stylist was the most rude unprofessional person. She told me she’s going to take care of my hair however she made me wait for 45 minutes doing another costumer’s hair which came after me and did’t have an appointment. When my husband confronted her she just answered very rudely that I’m with the costumer now. So he went and talked with the manager they told him that she’s working through thrid party and doesn’t represnt Sephora which I don’t care. While she’s working at sephora and using they’re brand, Sephora is responsible for whatever happens. I will never ever going to use their services again ever.

I get my makeup done almost every time I come here and Im always satisfied. Even when Im not getting services the staff is always on point and until when Im wandering around lost. A+!

I have two totally different experiences at Sephora.The first one was not very good, I was looking for a Clinique face wash for sensitive skin (~$20) when an employee came to help me, told me that the Clinique one was not good and gave me just another option of around $40. It was very frustating, because she did not ask me about my budget and she did not give me any other option and she did not seemed very open to help me find another one. The second time I was purchasing a perfume for my father and the employee was very helpful, she help me with my questions and she gave me time and space to choose what I wanted.About the store, it is very good, has a great variety of products and prices, and offers different services. If you dont know what you want, it is definitely a great place to look for, cause you can try the products in store.

I wanted to give this place one star but that wouldnt be a fair review. But If you are going with a spouse or GF, be prepared to spend at least half the day here.

This store is the worst, I went there to buy a lipstick and was shocked to see the testers which look rotten and dirty. Very unhygienic place. Wish I clicked a picture to post it along with the review.

Today, I went to Sephora (Valley Fair). At first, everything was great. Employees are friendly and helpful. They helped me to find stuff that I want. Very nice. BUT, cashiers are horrible, especially her name is Blanca. I showed her my VIB rouge ID, and I should get 20%off today because I am VIB. I did ask about if it is still on sale today. If not I am not going to buy. Again, I showed her my Vib rouge ID, I paid by cash and I didnt pay attention, so she didnt add 20% off for my purchase. Again, I paid by cash!! Thats the point! She might get extra money from my 20% off which she didnt ask.

This place sucks they have all the time to be offended by things but no time to actually do their job. Ok so i walked in a hr and 15 minutes left until closing there was plenty of staff but immediately i was told no one could do my make up because it was close to closing because it would take 45 mins yet there was more than 45 mins to do the job or at least do what they could.. He called someone and said theyed be with me in 15 mins yet another 15 minutes passed until someone came... So a young lady starts cleaning her brushes for 6 to 8 minutes..she literally cleaned her brushes for 6 to 8 minutes and i started small talk with her at some point i said she reminded me of a good friend of mine that the kids use to call her tucan sam because of her nose but shes a pretty girl and i simply said she kind of reminded me of her she left and went in the back and started crying.... Smh it was just a horrible experience i never ended up getting my face properly done. The service was horrible and the employees unstable.. They have horrible customer service and seem to take things way too personal.. It seems like they just come to work to hang vs actually work ive never been to a sephora location such as this that was so unprepared and unwilling to help. The floor make up employees just want their check at the end of the week..who ever owns this store needs to come in as a mystery shopper or something because these people are untrained and give sephora a bad rep.. the absolute worst sephora ive been to in the country. Hire new staff.
