Culligan is the best place to go for a water softener unit! We have been customers for 15 years and Culligan takes great care of us. Our old unit starting having problems, and Culligan did not hesitate to come and replace the full unit to a new updated one at no cost to us! We are on the premium maintenance plan for regular delivery of salt to our unit for ease of mind that the unit is always is great condition. The Customer Service of Culligan is the best!

You delivered me 8, 5-gallon bottles of water after I cancelled my subscription. Its ok, mistakes happen.I tell you that I am moving out of my apartment complex on date X and you promise to rectify your error and pick up those bottles by that date.BUT you dont do that, and then have the audacity to tell me that youll charge me for it if I PERSONALLY dont drop those bottles off at your office. The audacity to do that, after you messed up by delivering in the first place, then not stepping up to pick it up on due time, and I should pay for YOUR incompetency or be charged by my apartment complex for not moving my stuff out. Yeah. Great job.

I’ve had a service call on Oct. 31, 2020 for a leaking faucet. They came out for service with $175 service charge for coming out. I gave my credit card to the guy that did the service. The person that came out to do the service informed me that he’s only going to charge me the $175 service charge since the faucet top that he had was the only one and it was a used one he had in his truck and it does not match the color from the faucet that culligan have originally installed at my home. So I agreed, I gave him my credit card and wrote up for $175 charge.On Dec. 2020, I received an invoice statement of more than $300 charge. I called the office and spoke to the manager at that time which was very rude to me on the phone and said she will take out the extra charge. Few months later, I keep receiving an invoice with multiple late fees and finance charges. I’ve been calling at least 2x/month since the beginning of the year and the latest was 2 weeks ago. The lady that answers the phone kept saying the billing manager will call you back and never did I received a call back.Apparently there’s a new billing manager named Tammy that was supposed to call me back and still waiting for the call back. And in the meantime I keep getting an invoice statement with multiple finance charges added to it.

Solved our leak problem. Guaranteed the fix for a month. Suggested what to do if the leak ever reoccurred. Timely visit and Culligan kept in contact with us prior to the visit reconfirming dates and times.

We have a water filter underneath our kitchen sink which supplies fresh and safe water. No bottles and basically unlimited water throughout the year. We subscribe to a monthly subscription which allows unlimited service (only needed once) and annual filter and checkup for $0. We bought the system several years ago and has worked great. Culligan is responsive and no worries. Would recommend. Dan

My option for their customer service is very rude. I have reported to the customer service in Santa Clara that I have a lack problem for my drink water system. They have responded to me that they have no longer service in my region. I lived in Alameda Country and they are in Santa Clara Country. They asked me to contact to the office in Livermore. But the Livermore Office told me that since they are in franchise and my lease contract and the lease payment is paying to Santa Clara Office, they need to charge me the service fee. Then, I called back to Santa Clara and told them the situation again. I also told them that it is not make any sense that they cant me the repair service since I made the payment to Santa Clara and they have to have the respondability to help me. After the discussing to their top management, they scheduled me the service appointment yesterday. They asked me to stay home to wait for the service for whole day, but they didnt show up at all. I called the office after 5:00PM, and they closed. That is unbelievable and rude. I have requested over a week, and finally made the appointment but the service guy did not show up at all. My water leaking problem still exist and I ended up pay $100 more for my water bill. In my option, the customer service dont worth to have any point. I also file the complain to their headquarter office.

Got a problem with my Platinum plus water softener flow meter and was told that spare part is not available and the salesman tried to sale me a new unit. He failed to disclose that you can program unit to regen every week or operate it manually. Spoke to the service manager and site manager after I inquired corporate office about spare part and they recommended that I contacted my local distributor to help source the sensor and they flatly told me part is not available. Found the sensor at another distributor location with no problem . Seems like this distributor is more interested in sale than service.

So something happened to culligan in the last few years. They went from a very good company to zero customer service and zero business understanding. You can call them, they will never pick up, they might call you back in a few weeks when the harrassed lady at the front desk reaches Page 15 where your query probably is. She will tell you that someone will call you and then forgets about it. In the rare chance that you do get their service, you will get phantom bills for charges you had no idea existed. Any response to the mailbox that the email came from goes into the deep dark void of unmanned emails, lost for eternity. The owners need to retire, close the business and head off to Florida. Save all parties a lot of hassle and heartburn.

Whoever is leaving 5 star reviews must be someones friend because WOW they are so rude and good luck getting water delivered or someone to answer the phone. 5 stars to the driver though he was so sweet he should work elsewhere. Overall, you will never get your water delivery and when you call to inquire either no one answers or theyre rude. canceling asap.LOL PRIME EXAMPLE THEY RESPONDED TO MY REVIEW SAYING THANKS FOR THE 5 STAR REVIEW LOL ITS A 1 STAR!!!! Dishonest and poorly run business, the worst. Just hope you never have an issue with payment - Culligan charged our credit card twice, and 5 months later Im still calling to get a refund. They don’t deserve not even a single star. Very bad customer service. We have to call them every month to get our water delivered even though the monlthy water delivery date passes. They wont deliver the water on time until unless we keep on calling them for 10 days straight. I have been calling from past 1 week and they are telling me that someone will call me but I haven’t received a single call them till now. This is happening for us every freaking month. Looks like they don’t care about their existing customers.

The worst customer service that Ive ever had from any company. Three days in a row they were going to call me back. Nothing!!!!! Today, they were supposed to be at my home. No show!!! I called their corporate office and they advised I call back in the morning. Im so frustrated!!!

Top of the line products for clean drinking water.

I could give 0 star I would do it, they do not even deserve 1 star .This is a horrible company . I sold my house, called to cancel the service . They said they do not have technician available to remove the tank ( I paid for monthly rent )so it will be removed by Dec 4th. I have to pay up to Dec 4th due to their man power issue but i am ok with it, just 10 days .The new owner notified me nobody came, I called again then Culligan said they will sent the technician as soon as he can but no charge to my account .Now they charge my card 2 full months, I have to call my bank to take the money back . I just called again today and told Culligan that i have to post a negative review but it seems they do not care since they still have customers want their service .Just be aware of the bills and quality service .

Culligan disappears after the system is installed. A light came on to my RO system, which may indicate that the filter is not working properly. The system is unusable. It takes a MONTH for them to check the problem out....

I have been renting a Culligan Water Softener for almost 13 years now. I needed to have it serviced since it stopped working. I have un-successfully tried to have them come over for over 1.5 months now and still nobody has come. I keep getting called that they need to postpone it. Those who are considering renting from them, please take note. They will gladly collect your monthly fee, but as soon as you need service, you will be given run-around.

Culligan has been delivering the soft water tanks to my residence for nearly 11 years. I am ver pleased with the water treatment and I can count on the delivery promptly every month. I have recommended this service to a number of my friends. I could not be more satisfied!

Robb was the sales person that I met initally. He was very friendly when he came out and he was very knowledgeable. He performed his tests and explained what he was doing. He was able to educate me on the system and properly set expectations. He has been with the company for 2 or 3 decades and is a water expert.Herbert came out to do my install and was very professional and did a great job explaining the installed system and pointed out the key parts to my water softener and drinking water system. He also explained common issues and expectations for what to replace in the coming years.Im sure you can get a better deal price wise if you went on Amazon and installed it yourself. However, you are losing tons of information and resources that come with the Culligan brand. I felt this was money well spent and Id recommend the Culligan to friends and family.

Finally the company send a experienced staff and they have fixed the problem and its all taking care off. I am delighted with their service.

Installation was on time and well done. Salt deliveries are on the promised day and can be adjusted if necessary. Our only problem at present has been a salt block, which we think has been taken care of.

Worst customer service, i m looking for water delivery service and found this place. I have been trying to contact them since one week on multiple phone numbers, waiting on phone for so long, I am super frustrated. I tried filling out forms on the website as well, no one contacts at all. I received only 1 call, which i couldnt pick and thats it,.. no communication or what so ever even after several attempts.The person on line always transfers to some other phone number which no one picksup. I requested for call back, no one calls. Hell with you guys, there are may other providers out there with better customer service

Hello my soft conditioner was purchased and is currently being serviced by Culligan,, I very please with the service plan I have with them, I pay a very small monthly fee for the piece of mind I get from knowing if anything goes wrong with my unit it is covered in most cases. And if you do need service they come out and take care of the problem and check your unit for any other possible problems that are for seeable in the near future, I am very glad I chose Culligan.

I had an appointment to replace a tank, got the call at 7.45 am that between 3 and 5 pm they would be at my house. Left work early at 5 called, to find out why they didnt show. Was told sorry that no one called but that they no longer serviced my tank and suggested that I talk to one of their consultants and buy a new water softener.They can go to h___ !What nerve. Do not use these people. They are the worst.

Very Bad service. As we work on a shift based system, we need to be stepping out of the house by 10:00 AM. I have requested so many times for somebody to come in by 9.30 atleast. But my request still has not been considered. This will be the 4th time I would be rescheduling, still nobody to cater to my request. our water softener service is impending from the last 2 months.

We inadvertently sent a payment of $221 to Culligan Santa Clara instead of Culligan Salinas franchise Jan 2017. When Culligan Salinas franchise contacted us for payment we discovered the error. We contacted Culligan Santa Clara and they said they could send us a refund check but it would take 6-8 weeks . Our account with them did not have a balance due and referenced the Salinas franchise invoice number. They did not bother to return the check or inquire about it and just kept the payment not due to them. That is an unethical business practice in my opinion.
