There are many places you can go and get your water but these guys are the best in south bay. Very clean, friendly and accommodating. Their service is outstanding. I used to live close by and now that I live about 8 miles away, I still go here to get my water.

We have been going to Water Spring for over twenty years. No matter where we are, restaurants or other peoples homes... The water is never as good as the water we get from Water Spring. I know it sounds weird, but Water Spring water is just more refreshing and quenches your thirst like no other bottled or purified water source. Then, on top of the water, Sawyer, the owner, is just good people. Always welcoming, remembers your name, and hard working. Never had a bad experience, ever!

I have never been inside, just using the two normal exterior machines (the other one is a higher end (more costly) treatment/filtration). Since these machines outside are always available, you can fill anytime. The machines take cash and coins.

Love this place. Most times I go, there is a wait, but I dont mind because they are organized and friendly. I love that I can hand over my bottles, I wait in my car, they fill the bottles and bring them out on a cart and put the bottles nicely in my car. I always tip them too... they deserve it.

Be careful when you leave your water card with them. The old white employer or owner removes gallons from the card. When he’s caught doesn’t apologize. He discriminates against certain people.

Great customer service, does get busy at certain times of the day and with some days of the week being even more crowded (Friday night thru Sunday afternoon). If you go, try and go on off days. You can be in and out in less than 5 minutes.

The water store is FANTASTIC! First time going a few days ago (October 2019) and before I was even out if my car, a beautiful nice lady was there with a cart to collect my bottles...I was amazed! She wheeled in all of my bottles, rinsed, filled and then loaded them back on the cart and delivered them to my trunk. I am a very picky with my water. This one tastes great!!

The hands down best place to get water!The parking lot does get pretty busy, and there can be a little wait at the store in peak times; the service cant be beat though. The workers are always very nice, and theyll always load your water back up for you, even if you have to park further away. If they arent super busy theyll also help you in with your bottles. The only place Id recommend

Rude owner. The staff have better customer service skills. Rudely asked me to not argue with him when I was asking him for a reason. Cant expect to tell someone off without giving a reason. Everyone deserves some respect.

Ive been going here for at least 9 years. The water tastes better than my RO system at home and other bottle water. The water is refreshing and has good mouth feel, Water Spring is worth the try.

Received terrible service during the Corona virus season. So rude and confusing behaviour! It was my first time visiting. I was doing it for my friend who was over 65 years of age. Im not giving a one star just because they help me load it into my car.Please put some proper instructions in front of the store if you have any expectations from your customers.

Been a customer over 10 years.This is the 2nd time the owner had overly-reacted very negatively to me in roughly 70 visits.Like a better than dont need you anyways attitude after 10+ years of being a customer. Its true.. He doesnt need me and I dont need him. Best wishes..Last night I apologised like 5 times after I was told to put my bottles on the cart by an employee, but the cart was too small for all my containers so I reached in the store 4-5 feet to grab the larger cart and got yelled at from across the parking lot by the owner to get out which is understandable and I apologised when the owner walked up.However that wasnt good enough for him and he continued chastising me. In short I apologised at least 5 times, but he couldnt stop going on that I shouldnt have been in the store and (this is when my position changed) went as far as talking to me like a child pointing to a sign on the open door, throwing his head like a fashion model and walking away. I dont read every sign everywhere I go, yet I apologised again and again and again and again after each of his complaints then decided to get my 5-5gal bottles and leave because I felt insulted again by him.He couldnt have been fast enough to give me my 5 empty 5 gal water bottles back to me with an attitude, Justifying his continued negative behavior on my bad action to get a bigger cart with no consideration for how long Ive been a customer, not to mention Im only human, and apologised multiple times! He just kept going on and on.Sad..I understand and appreciate the owner is a hard worker, and these are rough times, however everyone has a story, issues, nor perfect. However he could have politely asked me for next time just dont step in the store and showed me the sign nicely rather treat me like a child.. Being his store he can treat people how he wants and generally he is good, but when hes not look out..Great service tho.

I have been going to this place to fill my 4 and 5 gallon water jugs for at least 15 years now. The owner is very conscientious and the staff are always helpful. They load the bottles into your car for you and come out to get your empties as well.

The fact that Im actually giving a review on a flipping Water store should say more than anything. Its just water, but they take care of everything . They fill them, lift them and load them. Also Ive never seen a water store packed! Yet I got out faster than ever..... I might even buy extra water bottles so as to make the extra 6 mile trek easier to plan around

This is the BEST place to get water in Santa Clara! U drive up, they take your water containers from you, refill them, and load them into your car for u! U can even get prepaid cards that give u an even better deal, and have them hold onto them for you so that u dont lose it, and all u have to worry about is rifling your h2o!

Best place to go for Pure Drinking Water. Sawyer and team always go the extra way to help you out. They unload(empty cans) and load(filled up cans) to your vehicle. Have been their customer for the last 8 Years. We have moved from an area which was very near to their location to a relatively far off location but we still ONLY go their place for water.

Julie and I have been getting our water here for 4+ years and every one of their team excel in serving customers, and the water is so good. We have lived in two locations which are are at least 15 minutes away and this store is the only place we get water.The staff will place the full bottles in the back seat of my Honda Civic, and then fasten seat belts around the bottles for me!

Ive been bringing water by my self for over a decade now. Every week, or so 20 gallons. These guys are the pros. They fill my 4 bottles twice as fast as ALL other water places, and put them in my cars trunk. Folks there are Friendly too. I stopped getting water in one place just because the Vietnamese owner was plain rude. No wonder his water shop folded despite his wife working with him being normal. 1st place where I see carbonated water sold too. If you are a true purist you can pay more for mega pure water ;)

This is the place I always get my purified water from. The staff are super friendly and always provide excellent service. As long as I live in the area, I will never go anywhere else but here.

Good bpa free water containers. However a 3 galleon container broke in my car and flooded the floor . It just fell from the back seat onto the floor - so the bpa free containers are not very durable. But they replaced it for half price. Water is good and good customer service - friendly, and fill up and bring the bottles right to your car and safely buckle them in too.
