This place has a great customer service. The gentleman attending it is very friendly. Also he is very helpful all the time I go there to refill my work place water bottles.

One can easily miss this place from the street but surely I tell you, their water is delicious! Owner is nice, accommodating, and very helpful indeed. His help is above and beyond sometimes! Also they have a prepaid option and water dispensers outside for after-hours.

The quality of this place is fine if you can actually get water. The hours are bull and the guy essentially opens when he feels like it. I have gone multiple times during the “open” hours and they’re closed. Since it’s the only water place around I’ve been going here cause the Safeway machine is always broken. The hours have gotten so bad that I drive another 15 minutes to another water shop that’s honest and consistent with their hours and top notch quality. Shape up the organization and I’d feel comfortable spending my money their again

They keep this place really clean and have several taps available for filling. Clear and crisp clean water. Bought a couple of 5 gal. and 3 gal. tanks from here for a reasonable price. Theyll even add a tap to any tank that you pick. Filling of the tank is included in the price of the tank. A bit high priced but the tanks are made of BPA free plastic. This place has a cleaning station for tanks free of charge. They charge 35c per gal. This is also on the higher side than some other places that charge only 20c. Overall a good and convenient place to fill water.

The hours are wrong. Every time I come at 5:30 no one is ever here. Outdoor machines only take $1 bill or quarters and there is no way to get change. Only one outside machine works so if you have multiple bottles it takes forever. One time I even called in advance to make sure someone would be working inside. The man on the phone assured me there would be. I showed up at 6pm and no one was there. I had no $1 bills which is why I called to make sure. Do yourself a favor and save some time by going somewhere else, even if you have to drive a bit further.

The place is convenient and you can fill your water 24hrs, through the external vending machine. However, the shop is just open for few hours in a day.You can buy a Water can with a tap here. Water here is cheaper than the water available at nearby Safeway.3 stars because sometimes the vending machines will eat your dollar bill without giving you water for it.

One of the water dispensers accepted my dollar bill and returned change, but did not release any water (it was during off hours). I had to spend more money on other dispenser to get my fill of water. But this one is closest to my home, have to live with it..
