Dropped off without an appointment and they provided me an Uber home. Replaced two tires (one had a nail and was covered on warranty). Also performed a general vehicle inspection.Two hours later I received a text to review a video of the service. Caught me off guard and I thought there was a major issue, but the tech had made a video of the underside of the car showing the new tires and status of all major components (brakes, oil, etc.).Very pleasantly surprised with the detail and care they took during service. Will use again in the future.

I had an appointment on last Wednesday and dropped my car at 12pm for maintenance. Since then, my advisor Jeremy’s average text response time was 24hr on workday. I tried to call 10 times on different days in working hour but he never picked up. Promised me hand wash by Friday but never performed. And he was missing on Friday afternoon, so I was not able to get my car back for the weekend. I had to inquire the status of my car again on Monday morning because he never told me. When I got there picking up, my car was covered by leaves at outside parking lot. Basically just oil changes, filter replacements and inspection, and it took 3 workdays to finish with appointment. Funniest thing is my advisor asked me in-person how was my weekend. Of course not good worrying about my car. XD I was not begging for a test drive of a new car; that is my own car how come you never let me know my car’s status? And after not picking up my call, my dude texted me today “I’m with customers, text me instead”. Dude, I tried to call you because by the time you reply me by text, humans are already on Mars.

There are three Porsche dealerships closer to me but I prefer to bring my 991 C4S here for my maintenance and service needs. Facility is very clean and organized and in my experience, staffed with friendly, very accommodating and knowledgeable personnel. Chelsea is the 5 star service advisor I normally work with and highly recommend her. Chelsea is very personable and provides excellent customer service. She has a good understanding of how things work and has openly used that knowledge to ensure I receive the most benefit possible from either my warranty or pre-paid maintenance plans. I am very picky, almost to a fault, but have no qualm trusting Porsche Stevens Creek with my car care.

They really took care of me. I always appreciate their attentiveness and attention to details. They washed my car for me also, which was greatly appreciated. I received text updates from my service advisor, Troy, letting me know what was happening and when it was finished. He also offered to arrange a loaner car or an Uber for me. I didn’t need them but I definitely appreciated the offer for those amenities. I love Porsche Stevens Creek!

Ron Sakai helped me with my 30K service as well as helped provide me great information about the new electric Porsches that are out and are coming out, which was so helpful since were ready to buy two new cars. He gave me a courtesy car to use while my car was being serviced, and when a challenging situation came up, I simply spoke to him and explained that I would need another day before returning their car and picking up mine. He not only understood, but he went out of his way to work around my busy schedule. He was fantastic, and Tesla customer service could really learn a lot from him.

Chelsea is the best and makes every service appointment a very positive experience

I have used this service department for over 10 years. I would not take my car anywhere else. I drive about over 20k a year and put a ton of miles on my cars. I have taken my cars to the other Porsche service depts in the bay area all the way up to Burlingame, who are always trying to upsell you services. Not at Stevens Creek. They are professional and always tell you what is only necessary to fix or replace. I have never had any pressure from them to do something that is not necessary. They have a very good team, from Jeremy to Ron, and all the other staff in the back. Even though I live more than 45 minutes away from them, I still bring all my cars here for all their servicing. I cannot recommend any other Porsche dealership in the Bay area and I have used at least 3 other locations in past.

They have helped me for annual maintainance for four consecutive years. They provide professional and good-quality job overall, and similar loaner car during service. In general, the experience was very good. But this year, my car was not washed and the service was a bit over-time. I understand they must be busy, but hope they don’t sacrifice quality job for quantity.

I experienced a low tire pressure reading mid day and drive directly to my dealership. My service coordinator Chelsea was there and immediately welcomed me attempting to determine the cause of low pressure. Although this was seemingly a more minor problem I was rather stressed. Chelsea took charge, arranged for transportation and resolved this in a quick fashion. The service I have received from her keeps me coming back to the dealership.

Troy’s professionalism and attention of details exceeds my expectation.

I initially called due to sensor that was causing problems with my smog check. Ron was very knowledgeable and friendly and you guys ending up fixing the issue for a fair price. Trust is most important to me and I felt like you diagnosed the issue immediately and was able to fix very efficientlyI actually called another Porsche dealer closer to the house first and they were not helpful and gave me the impression they would make a simple fix into a bigger issue.

Troy was a great help! Arranged Uber home and back. I got the vehicle back as promised on on time. Highly recommend.

Very friendly. The service advisor stayed around late (1 hour past the closing time) so that they could return my car on Friday instead of having to wait till monday. Obviously the price is high because its indeed a dealership but the service is phenomenal as well.

Wonderful service. Had a transfer case repair that was a problem and took car of it free of charge as Porsche extended the warranty on it.

On August 30, I visited this dealership. They didn’t have any front desk receptionists. After walking around for 20+ mins in the dealership I pinged one of the sales workers and his cruel response was “don’t you see I am with a customer”. Two hours later I ended up buying a fully loaded Lexus 450h F Sport Performance. And I have been enjoying it so much.
