Had a wonderful experience purchasing my 2015 Ford Focus SE Hatchback.Office isnt how you might expect it and the lot isnt viewable from Stevens Creek, but fret not the vehicles are tucked safely in a back lot. I got a great deal on the car and even though I couldnt put down much, they made it work and were constantly giving feedback of how the process was unfolding. As a sports fan that was there on a sunday, they also had the Sunday Ticket playing, so they knew how to make a guy happy! Thanks so much fellas!

I will never do business with them again. Rip offs. I bought a vehicle from them. When I was in the process of taking a one way train down (cash in hand) to pick it up after scheduling it for a month when Felecia texted me there was a $200.00 problem with it. I drove it and it died. I bought it any way putting faith and trusting her just before Christmas. The vehicle sat for 2 weeks in their parking lot. After traveling round trip 14 hours, 6 times and roughly $10,000 in costs later, the vehicle runs. I asked her to give me back $1500. Which was very fair. Never heard a word back. They cant be trusted. Dont buy used vehicles in San Jose is what Ive learned. These people ripped off a struggling artist. Bad Charma is in their future I imagine. I hope people see this Worldwide.
