I love shopping locally and Im glad Oakley not only has stores local but stocks them with accessories like socks for my Flak 2.0 sunglasses. Staff here was great, greeted me right when I entered, quickly got me what I needed and had me on my way. Will be coming back here again.

The guys that where at the store help me out a lot it was great. I paid so much for the glasses and bought replacement lenses and they didn’t fit on the frame. So they replaced the new lenses I bought and replaced the frames. That was great customer service

I called over a week ago about Guage 8 glasses and the manager remembered me. She told me about a special and I took advantage of it, buying one pair at full price and one at half price. I was a happy guy. I strongly recommend the Valley Fair Oakley store to anyone looking for high-end sunglasses and/or sports wear.

Had the absolute pleasure working with Mehrdad last night at the Valley Fair store in San Jose, CA and had the most incredible experience. My wife and I are still talking about the wonderful customer journey from being greeted when we walked in to having one on one access to Mehrdad throughout our shopping experience. It was fully because of his wonderful salesmanship that we walked out with not only sunglasses, but also shorts, glasses cleaner, and a suitcase. I intend to refer all of my friends who love Oakley to shop at this location moving forward.

Oakley Store Westfield San Jose. My wife and I walked into the store not planning to buy sunglasses. As a result of Heba’s exceptional customer service, hard work and great product knowledge, we bought 4 pairs of sunglasses. It’s hard to find good customer service anymore. Heba’s attention to detail, passion and hard work all worked out to being one of the best purchasing experiences we’ve ever had on any level. Heba is exceptional.

I came into the Valley Fair store on Sunday afternoon and there were quite a few customers in the store.Despite the surge of customers, Heba did her best to help everyone with their needs.After answering my questions, I went home to look online at what Id seen to finalize my Custom glasses selection and then called Heba at the store to complete my transaction.Heba went above and beyond to get my questions answered and made my experience as pain free as possible.

Drove over to this location only to find locked doors and no merchandise inside, I called another store to learn they are moving to valley fair in October. I’m writing this so no one will make the same mistake I made. They didn’t go out of business, just moving.

Good Oakley Store, but you need to be helped by the right person.I have bought 6 pairs of glasses of this store, so I can say I am regular of this business. The store carry all the major styles of Oakley, so if you like the brand, you will find what you need here. Heba, the store manager, is really amazing. She knows her products well, can do prescriptions, and will help you out in anyway she can. The only issue with this store is that there is a huge gap between Heba and the rest of the staff. I.e. I exclusively work with Heba when I am about to buy something in this store and nobody else. For generic questions, the rest of the staff is fine.

Very bad customer service. I waited 20 min. while not one but two staff people tried to figure out if the glasses I wanted were in the store or out of stock and would require special order.Finally they figured out that they were out of stock, but they could assemble them on the spot (i.e. frames + sides + lenses). I waited some more while one staff person assmebled them in front of me and got smudges from his fingers all over the pristine new lenses. I really dont understand how such carelessness and ignorance is possible, and theyre still running a business.

People here are always nice and helpful. Good inventory, but things are usually at full cost, which is not cheap. But it is Oakley.

Cheaper prices than the website. Better deals on current styles than eBay. Glad they still make the kitchen/bathroom sink style backpacks.
