I liked how everything was organized and clean. I was helped by a nice young woman in locating a shoe. She was very accommodating and checked to see if they carried the shoe we were looking for. Since they didnt carry it, she also gave us suggestions as well and I really appreciate it.

Not for Kids Shoes.Footlocker is not for kids shoes, this location has like 15 models(very similar 15) for 3.5-7 year olds and thats it. Its within a mall and you have to walk atleast more than 500 yards to get it from the nearest mall entrance. Target carries better kids shoes than these shoes specific shop.

Love coming here. Always have the right shoes I want. Also some cool shirts. Customer service is great.

Excellent customer service. The sales associate really listen to my husband about what worked and didnt work and what he was looking for in a shoe. Thanks to him we were able to find a shoe that would work.

Best HOUSE OF HOOPS !!!I was just doing some family shopping with my 2 sons and decided to go to the footlocker. As soon as i entered the store the service was excellent. I was greeted by JR Fuller (general manager), he than brought out a couple of pairs of sneakers . He was very knowledgeable about all the products. I asked questions and they were answered with no hesitation. Mr. Fuller is by far the BEST thing that has ever happened to FOOTLOCKER!!!! I got what i was looking for and a had such a great experience shopping at this location. If FOOTLOCKER is smart they would have Mr. Fuller managing all the stores in Northern California!! I would recommend anyone to shop here!!!! I have been to a few shoe stores looking for something in particular, although they did not have it even though it had it in stock in its website.. they did everything possible to have it shipped from another store so I could pick it up the next day.Thank you for helping me out.
