I usually hate going shopping, ring shopping, ohhh how stressful, but to my delight at Kays, I met a wonderful lady by the name Manisha, she made my day. She made sure that my concerns were met, she took her time and she knew her stuff. If I could give 6 stars I would. (Westfield Valley Fair)

They are wonderful people. Very trustworthy. I drive over 30 min to have them work on my jewelry. They are reasonably priced and do great work!

Great customer service

This store has decent collection and has a good price range to chose products from. Their customer service is good as well. I have been to the store twice now and I was greeted by Manisha both times. She is excellent. Provides details and helps you chose from various options and also answer all your queries. They have good returns, exchange and protection policies as well. I would go there again :)

Worst customer service ever!!! I ordered a custom made band on November 2 nd and the promised date was 14th. Never got a call back till 23 rd and I called the shop to see what’s going on. The lady said they called me but I never received a call. They even had my email address and never sent an email. I went to the shop on December 3 rd to pick up the ring as they called me it’s done. Guess what?? it wasn’t the ring I ordered! The lady who was assisting me suggested to come back tomorrow so that I can talk to the lady who put the order in place. What a way to address a mistake!!

Angela was so extremely helpful and kind. She held my watch for me while I continued shopping, and gave overall excellent customer service. I loved my experience, and I love my new watch!

Dont expect customer service....Not a welcoming place.....less options to choose from...the lady who attended ..didnt even try to sell...said kay doesnt sell crown designs...however they have the same sale happening in their online website....

Overall experience went there to get a necklace for a girl that my little brother likes in middle school. Women named Christina helped me out she was very helpful on getting the right price I want, very patient with us didnt rush or move on to another customer while we browse she stood there with us browsed with us.

Waiting for adjusting ring 2 weeks, seriously?.. And they let you know about it only after purchase. So we just asked about our money back.

Never got a call back from the lady who was helping us about a special order wedding band. Won’t be going back to this store, or Kay in general.
