While I like this brand a lot, this specific location could benefit from some “professional” sales staff. A middle aged woman with middle eastern heritage helped me and my partner there. She kept throwing unnecessary comments about how my partner is afraid of me (cause my partner kept asking for my opinion which is so nice of him), how I am like my boyfriend’s Mom!!! (cause I asked my boyfriend whether he would feel comfortable using the selected piece of jewelry at his work place) … She said and asked unnecessary comments and questions about my life like “it is obvious you have not been raised here”, “you should be new here.”, “how long have you been in the states?” with a condescending manner. While I replied her nicely every single time she kept on smirking and trying to throw her judgments at me.I don’t need that kind of attitude from a sales person in a designer jewel shop. I wanted to get a two pieces of jewelry for my partner for his Birthday and I make sure to do that either online or somewhere else. What a pity to have such a nice store and such close minded sales staff.

I would opt against purchasing from this brand and more specifically this location. I had placed a repair (which by the way, DY does not have warranties on their products) on June 19, and was told I would receive my repair in about 4-6 weeks, and they would contact me to approve the repair once they had received a quote for the actual repair. 6 weeks passed and I hadn’t received my repair, which they told me had now extended to 6-8 weeks, then 8-10 weeks and now almost 3 months. Every time I’ve called myself, despite representatives and managers promising they would call back. On my most recent call, a representative quite literally said, “Yeah, this location doesn’t necessarily do the best job of following up.” I would advise not going to this location unless you want sub-par customer service and avoid DY in general as they don’t back the “quality” of their products.

The staff is always nice and always helpful.

Erika was great, she was curteous and went through the different items I was interested in. Although I wasnt ready to buy something today, I would definitely see her to make my purchase.

Theres nothing quite like David Yurman jewelry...and people notice when you are wearing it! It doesnt matter where you are. The Yurman jewlery is exceptional. While shopping, Im stopped and asked about my David Yurman jewlery. In Tokyo, while I was going to a connecting flight, I received some very nice compliments about the Yurman jewelery I was wearing from some of the security staff: specifically, mens skeleton rings and a sapphire pendant and ehancer. And now, it doesnt matter the location, for people notice and comment on the Yurman jewelery. Exceptional craftsmanship--and its not overlooked by the public.

I went to go shop for a gift here and was told I cant go in because they are having a private event. Its 6pm on a Tuesday, I literally drove to the mall so i can figure out what to buy from here and then when I tell the worker at the door I was trying to get something she changes her attitude and tells me I can come in only if Im buying something. No thanks, Ill take my money somewhere else. Never been to a store that has such a shallow worker like her and definitely wont be buying anything there as long as shes there.
