I drove from Rio Rancho 10/17/21 specifically to buy boots at this location. Unfortunately no one seemed interested in selling me a pair even after I asked about a certain style. Mind boggling in this day and age and definitely not what I expected from this brand. So I walked out.

My group (including a large service dog) felt very welcomed from the moment we walked in. It was an excellent and relaxing shopping experience! Raquel was knowledgeable and patient! I did not feel rushed or pressured in any way and was able to enjoy trying in several styles before making a selection. The try on chairs are comfortable and the mirrors are large.

I visited this store on July 4/2021. I was very pleased with the attention, kindness and professional attitude of Olphelia B, an outstanding sales representatives. She helped me select what I was looking for, and I am looking forward to visiting the store again. Thanks Lucchese!!Carlos Rios, MD

A solid store on the plaza for a wide selection of the famous Lucchese boots, as well as apparel for men and women, outerwear, and accessories. The staff was friendly and helpful when I visited, and helped me compare different items, as well as get further information on item availability. I own a couple of pairs of Lucchese boots, and appreciate them.

The two gentlemen in the store gave us no acknowledgement and we’re rather rude. Hi even said “How are you doing” and they still didn’t acknowledge us. Just rude!!!

Stopped by to try on some cowboy boots. Was professionally helped by Raoul Paisner. He graciously held a pair for me till I come back in my jeans. Gave a lot of useful advice on fit & proper care. Worth looking at some of the best boots made. Am originally from San Antonio,so these boots have a lot of nostalgia for me.

In Santa Fe we were walking around the Historic Plaza, when I spotted this store. When I walked in, I was pleasantly greeted by Matthew Hagood. He was courteous, polite and listened to my needs. I have not been able to wear boots for 15 years, because a bunion and a bone spur preventing from me from doing so, but I really want a new pair. He educated me on what type of heal I would need, as well as the type of skin that would be most flexible for me. I asked about a possible zipper and he showed some to me. He suggested as soon as my foot has healed up more, with no swelling, to go to store in Texas, with S.A. being the closest to get fitted for customized boot with what I want on it. Matthew was Super helpful. Top of the line guy, for sure.

I own several pairs of Lucchese boots with several purchased in Santa Fe, my current home. My recent experiences in the store has been far less the satisfying. Sales personnel seemingly only interested in immediate sales.I will purchase my next pair of Lucchese elsewhere..Ray

Great location, yet I found the associates to be rude and a bit arrogant.I ask the lady to see a pair of full Ostrich Leg, she looked taken by request. I showed her a pic Neiman Marcus had sent me... she rudely advised they did not have those... and walked away.I own over a dozen pairs of Lucchese boots. Great shop and great sales people. From San Antonio where Lucchese began, and was very pleased with store and selection. Plus they provide a military discount.

Beware -- This store is affiliated with Lucchese, but does not follow the corporate policies. The store does not adhere to the brands high standards of customer service and quality, and they are not willing to be accommodating if you have a problem. This is coming from someone who owns 5+ pairs of Lucchese boots. You would be much better off ordering direct from the company (where the customer service is outstanding), and not going through this store.

I purchased a pair of Lucchese boots while vacationing in santa fe last week. One of the boots didnt quite fit right so the store offered to send a pair to my home in Kentucky. The boots were shipped Fed Ex requiring signature and were didnt get back home until Sunday so we were not home for the first two delivery attempts. Fed Ex is saying they are still scheduled for delivery but have been NO SHOW! on two scheduled days. Yesterday and today, MY BIRTHDAY! So happens the boots were my birthday present! Hope this gets straightened out but pretty dissatisfied at the moment.
