I just called to ask about purchasing a small upholstery cleaning machine. The person who answer the phone and identified him self as Les did not let me speak. He said he carries semi pro machines (with I was interested in). I tried multiple times to inquire about the units but he kept interrupting me. He kept saying no one makes good portable machines, everything on the market is trash and not worth the money. The gentleman is very rude, he didnt allow me to ask about the unit he was selling. I actually would prefer to buy form small local business. In this case I think Im better off sticking to a box store, I wouldnt want to interact with this person again.

They serviced our ten+ year old vacuum and its as good as new! Thanks for a job well done!

I just took my vacuum in for repair and this man was extremely rude to me. I was trying to explain what Ive experienced with my vacuum of less than one year and he wouldnt even let me speak. I had my 10-year-old son with me and I ended up walking out. I let him know he was being very rude and hes lucky that hes the only vacuum repairman in our area and he should be nicer to people. He says youre right I am the only one. Then told me I was rude. I told him he shouldnt speak like that to people when children are present and he said omy god give me a break lady!. Do not give business to this man! I have never experienced an Orcutt merchant like this and it makes me very sad!

Had a very pleasant experience. Very helpful and had in stock what I needed. The gentleman also saved me some money by showing me different products that would be more effective. Will recommend to others!

The staff is very helpful. They have darn near anything you will need for your vacuum and the are knowledgeable and helpful. Their carpet cleaner and products worked extremely well. Highly recommend

I bought a Miele canister vacuum from Lance, the owner. He seemed nice & provided the info I requested.I told him I wanted to buy local so purchased from him..I paid over $100 more than what I discovered online. My big mistake. Buy ONLINE BUYER BEWARE.

The sign on the door says they open at 10:00. At 10:15 the store was closed and locked. I went next door and got a donut, thinking maybe the store guy got a flat tire or something and was a little late. At 10:45 there was still no one. I came back at 11:30 and someone was finally inside. I needed to have my vacuum repaired. I showed the guy the problem, but he seemed very confused by how the vacuum worked. He said he usually comes in at noon, but came early that day and was surprised the owner wasnt there at 10:00. After he worked on the vac for 45 minutes (and no progress was made), the owner finally showed up. We dont service that brand of vacuum. We cant get parts anymore. Well, thanks for telling me that when I walked in. And, it turns out, I was able to buy the part I needed online and repair it myself. I would give one star, except the employee DID try to help me get my vac repaired.

They carry lots of hard to find Bags and belts. Reasonably priced supplies and they do machine repairs too.

New owner is very rude & cant fix anything for months because hes so busy. With his customer service I dont think he will be busy for long!!!
