One of their delivery trucks just crashed into my truck. The driver sped off without stopping. I called the office and they refused to help and were very unprofessional. Currently waiting to file a police report. I hope this person is charged with a hit and run

After calling rent a center several times yesterday and did not get a call back. Today I went to rent a center to talk with Daniel the store manager about getting a refund on over charges to my credit card. He then said the mattress was damaged and showed me a picture of water or some kind liquid damage. I told him that the mattress was in perfect condition when the employee pick it up and they should have inspected it it front of me or called me. Daniel then refused to give me his manager name and number saying that he was the boss of rent a center. I would like to add that Daniel has poor customer service and is very rude. After being a customer for 2 years I will no longer use rent a center or will I refer anyone to rent a center.

I have been a customer for several years and purchases many item. They have always been helpful. Today I had to deal with an employee by the name of Josh and had a terrible interaction with him . He made me feel like a un appreciated customer. This is the second time we had a conversation the first one was not very courteous as well. I will no longer give them my business due to the horrible experience this employee offers. I just spoke to Daniel the office manager who has always been kind and helpful never ever rude always willing to help. Alway make the customer feel appreciated. I am so sorry that after today I will no longer purchase another item. Nor will I recommend the company as I had in the past. I will finish paying off my last contract and find other alternative to purchasing furniture and appliance. We’re customers are valued a greatly appreciated.

Dont Ever get anything from this store they are a rip off and a joke! The staff doesnt explain anything right and have no customer service skills at Santa Maria location!

So disappointed in this place they definitely lack in good customer service. They forget tge customer in returning phone and are under the impression that they are well in their right to act and treat customers the way they feel like. Not impressed by their service in rental business.

I purchased an $800 TV stand and I was promised it would be delivered the next day, assembled at 1pm. They didnt show up and when I called they argued with me and finally offered to delivered it at 4:30pm. They were late and it wasnt assembled. I demanded to get my money back, as I paid cash, and they offered a little over $300 and a store credit. Something I will never use because I wont buy anything from them again. They got upset because they had to go to the bank to get my money out. Horrible experience. Dont go there. Its a rip off.

Worse place to try and do business. Tried to buy a new bed, advertised 6 months same as cash. Price was supposed to be 488. Paid 128 down. Then they wanted 128 for 6 months which would be 768. They charged tax twice and gave me a hard time. I did not buy bed. They falsely advertise. Dont go there. They mostly rent to Mexicans that cant read English and take advantage of them. They are owned by Chase Bank. Bad employees too.

This place is rude to their customers they may be friendly at first to get you to buy their merchandise but after a while if you miss one payment they dont work with you they just say we can come and get the merchandise back. The women are more rude there they treat you like garbage like theyre better than you, if youre reading this dont go to rent a center I wish someone warned me about them. The item I got was double in price than the stores and if you dont pay by 90 days the price doubles and more so save your money and go buy what ever you need from the store dont fall for their scams they are the biggest scammers. I am saying this from experience and my friends that went through the same thing. Good luck

Went to rent A center and was assisted by a younger fellow named macros, he was very friendly and polite would highly recommended to go here look for Marcos if you’re looong for great service :)

Great customer service with reasonable pricing

I just bought couches from this place through weatherbys before they had shut down. Ive bought another set about 6 yrs ago. 6 years ago it definitely was good. This last set I got are great. Also incredibly expensive. The last $300 payment i had tried to make they wanted to charge me $92 in sales tax, also tried to throw on $107 for some tables i bought through weatherbys not even through them saying i had a past due which I paid for outright. Luckily I keep all of my receipts. So i shut that down quick. Best advice Do not buy from here, or if you have, keep all of your receipts. Pay them off and dont deal with them again. My next payment will be in full and they lost a good customer especially since Im re- doing my whole house. I love my couches but not at the expense of being ripped off. They were $1400 and by the time Im done nearly $2000 thats paying them off early in the 90 days youre given.
