They are nice to get you in, but after they are mean and irresponsible. Broke my back seat and treated me like little baby.

Sandy kept me informed about my car status and let my insurance know that I would need my rental for longer time, didnt have to worry about anything. Also thank you to Victor and Emilio also.Gold Coast Collision did a fantastic job on repairing my 2016 Toyota. They match the paint perfectly and the also detail my car wow!. It was worth the drive from Bakersfield to get my car repaired here.
Want something done right then go here first 😁. Sandy you are truly great at your job and I appreciate everything youve done for me and my family. This place really cares about there customers. Dont waste your time going anywhere else.

Do not take your luxury car to get repaired there. I did. My car is now in another shop with over $7,200 in repairs. When i first picked up my car, they put two different headlights. I had to leave my car another week and it had been there 3 months. And i ended up paying for the headlight out of my pocket. They didnt align my car. My car broke down a day after I picked it up because they forgot to add fluid and it overheated. Now it is having engine problems because they added wrong parts. I already filed a complaint with DCA and BBB.

NEVER AGAIN!!!! IF YOUR THINKING ABOUT USING THIS PLACE YOU NEED TO READ MY EXPERIENCE.. the reason I put one star is because you HAVE TO at least put one to leave a review. First off they had my car for 2 weeks. There was a dent in my front bumper that had to be fixed, so 2,600$ later its done. Not once did any of the ladies in that office call me regarding my vehicle, that was my only vehicle so I was using a rental which my insurance only covered for 14 days. I literally had to call them every day only to be told each time that yes mam, your vehicle should be ready tomorrow, its in paint right now. So the next day I call and guess what??? Oh its in paint and it will be ready tomorrow. REPEAT THAT 8 DAYS IN A ROW. So FINALLY my car is done on the exact day my rental has to be turned back in so I was super excited (mind you, i live an hour into the mountains so the long drive is very inconvenient for me). I go pick up my car only to find a huge chunk (and boy do I mean chunk) of paint missing which was so deep you could see the actual metal on my side panel right in the corner of where your hood sits, And several wholes in my hood where the paint bubbled and popped leaving about 9 holes. So I literally turn around and go to walk back in to tell them and guess what??? THE DOOR IS LOCKED!!! There was a guy inside but he wouldnt open the door so I called them and ...he answered... I told him about the damage and he told me to leave the keys in the drop box that they will look at it on Monday and call me, so I said good. Well my rental has to be turned in so I told the MANAGER at the shop that and he specifically told me himself that he already called Hertz and put an extension for us on our rental and that we dont have to worry about anything, he will take care of it. So Monday they ask us to come in so we drive an hour thinking they fixed their mistake. NOPE. They said that didnt cause that damage. Oh really.. it wasnt a small chunk it was very noticeable, the missing paint was obviously from them putting my hood back on and it slipping out of place because it lines up perfectly with the corner of my hood which is gouged on the corner also, so I explain that to him and he tells me they didnt remove hood. Funny because the day I picked it up he told me they sprayed my hood also to blend it with the new paint on the bumper (and it says that on the receipt also). So this guy is trying to tell me that he sprayed my jeep Cherokees bumper and hood, which has a chrome grill and chrome letters on the front, AND HE DID THIS WITHOUT TAKING MY HOOD OFF ... AND... he didnt get any paint on my windshield or solid chrome front end. HMMMM. So I was very unhappy but ended up taking my jeep home. Thats not the end. I also got charged for the extra 2 days that the MANAGER said he would take care of. So thats why Im taking the time to write this looooong, sad story. YOU GUYS ARE SO SHADY AND YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE JUST PLAIN RUDE. I will do my best to warn everyone so that this never happens to someone else.
Horrible experience their staff is completely rude! Do not recommend them at all I had to take my car to another place to finish their job after my collision they returned my car to me with the check engine light on, a broken AC and my car wouldnt start sometimes. They are just horrible not to mention it took over two months!
This shop is great, got my car back to when promised, even detailed it which was a surprise. took me back into shop and showed me what was being replaced, Sandy and Victor and crew were great
This place is a collection of gangsters and they charge you without your consent and they are very very rude and unprofessional. Unless you want loss your car never go there.
