Great customer service and communication. I took my 99 Tahoe in for a brake system flush and front brakes. They were able to get it finished in a timely manner. Great job. Will definitely be going back for any other repairs that may come along.

Went in to diagnose my car that was smoking lightly. Paid $80+ for them to check it. They said it was an old valve cover gasket that was barely even there, all broken and brittle. Told me it would be $1000+ to replace it, SO I DID IT MYSELF. After taking it apart, I realized the person was lying because my gasket was completely fine (was changed 3 months before). Now I have to find a HONEST TRUSTWORTHY shop because THIS IS NOT IT

A Great Day at Santa Maria Meineke! We came in for an alignment and check up after driving our car here from Texas. Everything went as they said it would. John was very knowledgeable on the phone and in person.The work was done perfectly by Rafael! He was kind and explained what all needed to be done, then what he had done and what we needed to do to continue to get the BEST wear out of our tires and car. We really appreciated that level of care and knowledge! My Classic MX-5 needed the drivers side door worked on. The workers at Meineke removed the door panel and took care of the problem. Awesome job they found a bad wheel bearing when I went there for brakes I thought I needed a wheel alignment so very happy about the safety check up.

I was staying at a nearby hotel and I needed my wheel alignment and oil change done to ensure my car gets me wherever I needed to go. Once service is done I checked that the oil is new and topped off and noticed my car wheel alignment improved while driving on a freeway. Definitely will recommend this shop for outstanding customer service and quality of service.

I called at 1:30 to check status because car was still in same parking spot I left it in.Was told it had been in and out of shop and were testing system and short handed because a guy called in sickI watched someone come out and get car to start finally working on it.Ac works was completed, but did not like the dishonesty.This was my first and last time at this business...

Once completed, he explained how the service was simpler than initially expected and charged me half of what was quoted. He also took his time explaining what he did and recommendations for the car. I was extremely pleased with the quality and customer care. I Would definitely use again.

I visited my local Meineke for the first time due to a mailing I received with their name, address, and phone number on it. It had special pricing and deals on it, but when I tried to use the discount on my oil change, the person at the counter simply said, We dont do that. On top of that, he recommended a bunch of work on my car, but wasnt able to give me an estimate on the cost at that time. He said he would call me with the estimate. It has been a week, and I have yet to get the estimate. Guess Ill be taking my $1000 repair work somewhere else. Its a shame, because he gave the person before me (clearly a repeat customer) a good deal, and he seemed like a nice guy. I guess I should have guessed something wasnt quite right when the signs say they want everyone to wear a mask upon entering the office area, but HE didnt have one on at all.

This is now my place to go when my car won’t! I was nervous to take my car to a shop not knowing anyone here. I was greeted immediately by John he did what he could as soon as he could. I was expecting a week for sure but NO it was fixed in 4 days! This shop is crazy busy make an appointment! Edit*** I made an appointment for an oil change recently and spaced it. The front desk called me and asked if i could come in later same day. They really are accommodating and thorough. They rotated my tires and noticed I’ve got one bad one that needs to be replaced. This was missed by another company who I used to replace a flat tire the week before 🥸

I took my car in to get an oil change and my brakes serviced back in October. Come to find out they didn’t charge my card until two months later in December. This was extremely inconsiderate and inconvenient to me as it is the holidays and I had some shopping to do. My card should have been charged when I got my car serviced in October, not two whole months later. This gave me false security with my bank account thinking I had $600 more than I had. Very unprofessional and would not recommend anyone to visit here.

I went in to get an oil change done and check for leaks. I did not need tires rotated because i had just bought brand new tires somewhere else the week before. This was my third time coming for an oil change. I was going to drive to Colorado and back over the holidays and wanted to make sure that the jeep was good to go.When u got home i had a funny feeling and called the next day to make sure they had checked the spare tire. He said they usually check all 5 and the spare shouldve been checked but when he pulled up my order he saw that they did not check the spare. He apologised profusely I came in the next day to get it done. The spare needed 60psi but only had 25psi. When they were done i went inside and just wanted to see what they would say if i asked for a small discount for having to have to drive there twice. I knew the owner does not honor Meinecke discounts from the corporation. He was standing next tovthe guy at the desk and he looked at the owner. The owner responded : we dont give discounts, but also we usually dont check the spare, done cars dont have one or we cannot get to it. This contradiction along with him being a cheapskate anyways and now lying, he should’ve just stuck with no. I can find better service probably closer to my house. But i wont be coming back.

Chuck and his team are proficient and always available for any questions my partner and I may have. Chuck has done ALL my maintenance on my Jeep Commander and my Nissan Rogue. I have referred people to him throughout the years.

Called for an alignment on my older Lexus SUV. Was quoted a price on the phone which was exactly what it ended up costing. Office and reception area is clean and welcoming. They said they’d have it done in less than two hours and call me when it was ready and they did so. Explained what they had done and what additional work was needed to be done w/o pressure. Once that is completed (a part had to be ordered) they will likely move up to five stars.

We have used Meineke in Santa Maria several times for work on our truck and vans. In every case they did a high quality job, quickly, and with courtesy. Our latest visit was to get our brakes redone as they had begun heavy chattering after driving cross country, down grade with a heavy load. So we warped the rotors.Charles affirmed they could get them fixed in 1 day despite being a weekend day. We brought it in and had the van back that afternoon, allowing us to continue our Christmas travels without interruption.Thank you!
