Called today to ask for 225/50/17 and he says let me put you on hold while I look that up. 18 min later and listening to that jazz thing while on hold the hole time .he never came back to me and left me hanging. At least come back and say I had or have a customer instead of just leaving me out there. Tire business must be great to not care about other customers. Wont ever buy tires here because of that. Customer service is a lost art and its because of the consumer that you are in business. Sorry sorry business.
