I gave deposit for carpeting for 1 room nd small hallway, I was told that it would be installed in bout 2 weeks because it had to be ordered, I waited and waited no call from them after 1 month I called and was told they would call me back in 5 minutes because they didnt know what was going on well they didnt call me until the next day and said they would install at 8am on monday, I waited until 11 no call and i had things to do so I called and told them i didnt want carpet anymore i told this to the manager half hour later my daughter call me and said they were in my home cutting my carpet without my permission after a few calls back and forth i was told i would get 150.00 off for my aggravation. when I went to pay the manager got very nasty with me got me very upset words were said and they charged me the whole amount . Well not very happy with service, attitude very rude I would not recommend this place. Please go somewhere else

Amazing selection competitive prices and cool looking samples.

Sales person was very reluctant to bring samples to my house to see in person. Finally came out. Put the wrong color on the invoice, thankfully I caught this before he ordered. Late to the job by an hour and a half. I had to call. Bad communication when I had an issue with my transitions. Would not come up to take a look. Would not send an installer as I requested to take a look. Awful customer service. I will never use them again.

Not much selection...i wanted to buy colored carpet and they had none...all was tan? I was looking for blue 💙 green or maybe red. Nice people though 👌

Wanted remnants for a 1947 Dodge pickup, found them, awesome selection. Enough to do floors and up the back cab wall, probably twice, for $30. Real nice staff threw in two sample mats, one my three year old just had to have, and another the same pattern as the carpet but a little darker for a heal pad.

Just had my third carpet purchased and installed by G & S and I am greatly satisfied with their quality and service.Had 3 rooms carpeted at 3 different dates in last 2 years and each time were impeccable. I have difficulties making choices and they were so patient and helpful with me and I have no regrets about my decisions. By far the best deal combined with selection we could find anywhere. Bob really worked with us to suit our needs. Now if the company we ordered from will cooperate this would be a 5 star rating. We have waited close to a month and the floor still isnt here. Update: the floor is here now and we were treated very well. They gave us free shipping to compensate for the inconvenience.

Reasonable and real helpful

Was told between 8-9 am, didnt show till almost 10. Had asked a relative to be home since I had to work so threw off their whole day since they werent done till almost 1pm. When I told them about the time, I was told im lucky they were better than the gas company. They also left 3 big gouges in my base board. Still havent actually talked to a manager. Itd been 4 days and havent gotten a call back. Wont be using them anymore.
