I walked in AT&T store and got attended by Lee. I got the best customer service he hooked me up with upgrades on my phone, Direct TV Stream, AARP, phone cases, phone chargers, and tempered glass. I got 4 IPhone 13’s, one IPhone 12 and all phones insured for a very great deal! Like I said, best customer service! Everything he said he did and explained every step. He took the time to help out my family members and was able to upgrade my moms phone from a Samsung to the IPhone 12! Give this man a raise!

I would NOT recommend going to this store. I went in for a replacement SIM card. The rep removed my phone from my battery case snd broke the $60 case while putting the phone back in the case. Alma Cxxxxxxx should have received better training. The case, puchased from another store should have been replaced! Very dissatisfied!

Great staff but I hate At&t, my aunt passed away. She is dead and they wouldnt cancel her service. When I called I would get hung up on, asked for supervisor and got scoffed at and hung up. Went to this location and they helped me but guess what still not closed! 2 months and still working on it.Yes I offered to send a copy of death certificate and still on going...

Went in today to do a couple of upgrades and changes to my account. Genesis was the one helping me out and she was great. She was patient and made the whole experience good, despite my dad changing his mind 5 times between a phone and a tablet just to get neither lol. Generally pretty busy so you may have to wait but once they get to you, you dont feel rushed and recieve all the help you want.

Brian another amazing salesman who has also provided top notch service connected us with Christian. We came in looking for just a phone upgrade but Christian noticed that we were on an outdated plan and he upgraded our service while at the same time saving us money! He is very articulate and definitely knows what he is talking about he is not just a salesman who is trying to take you money. Christian was absolutely amazing! He had so much knowledge about products, saved me a lot of money & was very genuine.

In general, you should BEWARE of AT&T as your carrier. Their coverage in the are is TERRIBLE, but this store was so rude when we went into pay off our installment plans so we could switch to Verizon. We told the gentleman that approached us why we were there. He was super happy to help us until he heard why we came in. He then proceeded to tell us that it would be a 45 minute wait to simply make a payment, and he would put us on this list because they were so busy, yet he was sitting in his chair, playing on the computer. He then DID NOT put us on the list, and as soon as someone walked in after us, he happily helped them and ignored the fact that we were there altogether. Super unprofessional and rude.

Outstanding job . Genesis went over and beyond. Highly recommend.
