This place is amazing!!!! They do great work. Mostly customer service is fantastic. I had my phone recently fixed, had the screen replaced. A few weeks later I was having some issues with my phone and took it back to George, he repaired the issue quickly and at no charge. He was knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain the issue to me. I was just super impressed with the quality of work and how personable he was, especially because he backed the work he previously did.. This will be my go to place for all my cell phone needs. I live in SLO and this shop is worth the drive. Thank you!!!!!

The perseverance to help me with my phone problems was amazing. I came in for a faulty speaker they replaced that, and then the battery failed, and then upon repairing that the microphone wasnt working properly so they replaced my whole phone. Im sure this isnt the instance with every problem but they went over and above to solve mine theyve earned a customer for life.

My phone died without a warning. Because my old phone was completely dead, I was told all my contact lists and files stored and PICTURES! maybe lost forever...... But the guys at CPR Cell Phone Repair were able to pull all the unsaved data and transfer it to my new phone!!!

Walked in and asked about screen protector. I could tell the guy wasn’t up for small talk. Didn’t look happy. He said $40. 😳 I said Out of my price range. Went to Walmart and got one for 4 bucks. Thanks, but no thanks. Won’t b going there again.

I had to go back to the store I think 9 different times because the repairs never fully worked. At first, they were very obstinate. However, after enough visits, they did eventually make it right. I now have a functional phone. To their credit, this phone model (Samsung A71 5G) is very hard to work with/repair. I was frustrated throughout the process, but glad that they made things right in the end.

I took my daughter to the trampoline place in the mall and saw SmartPhone Fix. I had no idea there was an iPhone fix it shop in the mall! I walked in and talked to the guys there, and inquired about getting my iPad mini fixed. The guys there were very knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions. Im confident they are the people to trust my electronics with and am definitely going back.

Went in to have the screen replaced on my S10e and unfortunately in the process of removing the screen, the back got cracked. Customer service was excellant. They ordered a new back and replaced it with no additional costs. Phone is like new.... Thank you

Dont do it. I bought a screen protector for $50 and first they had to keep my phone for an hr just to put it on. Then it wasnt put on right and peeled off the next day. I went and asked for a refund and there was a different guy there and they insisted on replacing it. They didnt need to keep the phone this time but same thing happened it peeled up. Still no refund.

This place is awesome! Jeremy and Eduardo are very knowledgeable and I trust them. I went in for a screen repair and I thought I needed an XS screen when I just needed and iPhone X screen and that would have been an extra thirty dollars. They found out and refunded my money and they did an excellent job on my phone. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs any sort of phone repair.

We are being held hostage at this location because the location does not want to give me my phone after they broke my Touch ID. They said that they would replace my phone, and now they are attempting to keep MY phone that they broke.The Touch ID is important for us due to security and privacy in our places of employment. We want to keep the phone that they replaced our screen and Touch ID that they broke. They also have not refunded our money.The Manager from another branch and the owner have both told us that they are not able to refund us the money and are also unwilling to front the cost of the repair of our Touch ID that THEY BROKE.We have been here for almost an hour now and talked to our lawyer. We did not agree to leaver our device and by the business personnel telling us repeatedly that we have to leave the phone here, it seems like they are attempting to persuade us to leave our phone here. This is considered petty theft since the property is less than $950. If they force us to leave our phone here because we cannot keep the replacement that works, or are unable to give us a full refund and restitution for the damages incurred on our personal property. We will take CPR to small claims.The owner has agreed to reimburse us for this mistake, and we will not update our post until we have been refunded and recompensed for the cost of fixing the Touch ID at an apple certified repair center.

I went in with cracked screen and left with a new one on it. I was happy with the friendly and prompt service. My rating is a 3 star because of the quality of product. I understand Apple makes the best products, however, the color of my screen is significantly different than what it was. It is not nearly as bright, even with the “brightness bar” all the way up and has a sepia tone to it. I wish I was told up front that the color would be this different.

Integrity buys my 5 star review. I went in convinced my iPhone charging port needed to be replaced. I would have to shove the charging cable in hard and wiggle it to a certain angle to finally get the phone to charge. The gentleman that helped me looked at my phone, diagnosed that it only needed to be cleaned and charged a small amount to get it cleaned up. It works perfectly now. I appreciate that they didnt take advantage of my ignorance and took care of the customer. They have won my future business.

HORRIBLE PLACE!!! Cannot recommend this location for service or parts. The story is this, I call ahead of time to verify they had what I was looking for. The guy working there October 12th 2019 at 330 pm (the only guy in the store) says yeah we should have it. I get there and not only do they not have it, he was the rudest attendant I have dealt with in a very long time out here in Santa Maria. So not only did he waste my time of driving all the way over there and not having the correct part, he was a complete A HOLE. I will never come back here or recommend anyone to this location because of this. I hope the owner does something about this guy as he will definitely drive business away.

I walked in looking for a case for my new phone and found a great deal on a case, screen and waterproofing. Im taking my husband there tomorrow! The clerk was incredibly helpful and nice.

I went in to get my screen fixed on a broken iPhone. They did a good job with the screen but my phone now drops calls and the touch pad or screen doesn’t work properly. They told me nothing is wrong with my phone. Horrible customer service, I think if anyone would know how the phone is working it would be the owner of the phone. So basically I paid to have my screen fixed but the phone doesn’t work right. I would recommend anyone go to Apple at least if they screw something up they make it right.

The guys I worked with were top notch. A little spender than my guy up in Oregon but definitely worth having a working phone!

Walked into the store to fix my iPhone, had great customer service, had a warm welcoming feeling and a worker greeting me asking me if I needed anything done showing me what deals they had and showed a video how they dropped and iPhone off the Santa Maria building and it was good as new which was awesome!! and helped me get onto a killer deal that cost me $167 that would help me if I were to get my screen cracked again I would just to pay $20 the next time “I LOVE IT” and they deserve a 5 star review from everyone.

Wow! Smart Phone FIX in the Santa Maria Mall is a life saver! Got the bottom of Samsung wet and my battery lost charge. I was all set to just get the battety replaced and decided to stop into Smart Phone Fix where Carla, and Robert were able to diagnose it was the charge port and not the battery!!! Fixed and tested the phone while I waited. Thorough, and reasonable!

Dropped my Samsung phone and got a screen saying I needed to rest it to factory settings, which would mean losing all my pictures and data. Went to T Mobile to see if they could help, was told it was my only option but said to check with Smartphone Fix. These guys are the best they are honest and fixed 2 iPads that I thought couldnt be repaired I didnt even have a password and I was able to get email for one and the other didnt even have a home button and no screen with a blown LCD someone had put gasket sealant around the edges and these guys repaired both

I got a replacement battery and screen for my ZTE Zmax PRO, a phone not supported by or repaired by anyone else I called. Theyre not supposed to do it there either but they did anyway, didnt even charge me for the parts, giving me a deal because I replaced the screen and battery together. I also mentioned my charge port was finicky but I was too cheap to replace it too, and I think they did anyway because the old loose one was attached to the parts that were replaced
