I had the worst experience here!! When your talking to a supervisor and they cant explain whats the best phone to upgrade to and just stands there, he then charged me twice for my bill. I went in the next day and showed them my bank account had two withdrawals he said there was nothing he could do. I asked him to call someone and he said I had to fix his mistake and this is a supervisor. So just be careful going here and check your accounts so you dont get charged twice and have to sit on hold trying to fix his mistake. Thanks for the worst customer service ever. We went to get the plan for 4 phones for our family we had chosen this location after we had a bad experience in another cricket store. We told her that the other place was going to wave 2 activation fees and she said that she would do the same thing . We went ahead with the process we selected the phone ant told us that we would be getting free phone cases and glass protector . When we where ready to finalized the purchase the total didn’t add up. She try to rush the process so she could do the sale . She wouldn’t break down the total. $60 difference finally she looked after we kept asking her to check the total. Then we found out one coupon was not been honor and the she was selling us the covers and glass . She was trying to hide it and was rushing us to do the purchase. We felt we were been taking advantage and we wonder how many time they do this to other customer . We canceled the order we don’t recommend

Horrible service..store was supposed to be open at 10. However at 1045 it was still closed. Calls dropped constantly. AND customer service was no help whatsoever when I wanted to unlock my phone.Never EVER use this company
