The staff 🤓and Dr were are amazing. I got my glasses before the estimate date. The lab manager Beverly👩🏫 notified me when the glasses 🕶️were ready for pick up. She wanted to make sure I picked them up before closing. The entire team are fun to be with and made looking for glasses so easy and fun😎!
I have been a patient here for several years now and the people here have always been kind and helpful. The eye doctor explained my eye exam results carefully and concisely. Isaac was patient in conducting the initial eye tests and helped me choose two pairs of glasses that suited me. I look forward to picking up my cute new glasses in a few days. Overall it was a great experience.
I have been getting my glasses from Lenscrafters for almost 40 years. I had a great experience with the doctor, and the manager is top notch. I would have given 5 stars, but its been 11 days and i still dont have the glasses i paid for in full. I have always gone to lenscrafters because i could get my glasses the same day. I get the covid issues, but now im told it will be 14 days. They need to get the people back onsite.
Had a wonderful experience at LensCrafters, and was especially happy with the customer service provided by Isaac. He was very professional, insightful, kind, and helpful. The entire staff was extremely friendly, and were very attentive to all patients despite being extremely busy. I would absolutely recommend Isaac and the wonderful team at LensCrafters.

I have bought three pairs of prescription glasses at this LensCrafters’s. They have always been very helpful and professional. Recently, Crystal, Sophia, and Deeana all helped me choose new frames and order lenses for older frames. They also helped me get the best deal using my insurance plan. I had my new glasses and lenses within a week! Very happy.

I was helped right away. I only needed both lenses to be replaced as a result of cataract surgery. Amanda was helpful in explaining all my options and the cost differences. The new lenses (progressive, gray, and polarized) will be available the next dayI will be next day. I dont think it could have been any better.

I usually dont write reviews but I am for this location.The reception ladies and the people that fit your glasses are wonderful and they are the reason I am giving a two star. They know how to treat people with respect and kindness.The doctor is a whole other story. He has NO bedside manners. NONE. Completely rude and cold. I had an appointment before his lunch break (didnt know that because I dont know this mans schedule and thats the time they gave me) and he made it known. Completely unprofessional. He acted like he was going to pass out any minute if he didnt get food or a break. He legit told me well you are gonna have to wait around for an hour dont know what to tell you because I have my break... all because I wanted to see if I could fit into contacts which was part of my appointment I made... He let me know by his vibe that I was being an inconvenience towards him and I find that so unprofessional and a lack of social skills. Dude tell the people not to schedule anyone 30 minutes before your lunch break because he doesnt work well with that hanging over his head.Last year he was just as cold as today. I gave some doubt and returned but after today, no more. I am moving providers. I will pickup my glasses and never come back. Kudos to the people that work the front. You guys deserve a raise because I KNOW you are the reason people come back. Not for the doctor, thats for sure.

She has or had an attitude for sure ... maybe having a bad day who knows - nonetheless however, I left feeling unappreciated for all the business ive given Lens Crafters over the years, not to mention she didnt bother to check or ask about my glasses, how they felt, nor did she give any care to making sure they were clean and fit properly. I walked away vowing to never return and so should you!

Optician and technician were very nice, the receptionist though, was abrasive, not the best customer service skills, and the place was pretty quiet, I can only imagine what her customer service is like when the office is busy.
As a business owner I am extremely reluctant to put a negative review. Mainly due to the fact that many times shortcomings in a business are due to human error, uncontrollable circumstance or any number of reasons. And that a bad experience shouldnt necessarily reflect on a business ability to thrive in the future. However, sometimes they just should get one. In this case- My wife and I were on a getaway to SB for the weekend. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed ourselves very much. As a spur of the moment we went to the Lenscrafters there.My wife and I both picked out glasses. I got a pair that wasnt something typical for myself. They were expensive frames. The service there was great. They helped me perfectly. However the glass frames I wanted they said they couldnt get them to me in the time that we had left for our stay, and agreed to have them made then send them to my local Lenscrafters in Redondo Beach along with my wife contacts ordered in Santa Barbara as well. Why they were doing all the measuring etc that they do in order to fit your glasses well I noticed that the frames I had in hand were malformed, damaged. Mainly the most notable was the hinge was bent outwards. Since they were display pair I wasnt overly concerned. However, my experience with glasses has been that if the arms are bent, they heat them up and bend them back into shape. But if the hinge is bent in a direction that actually stretches or deranges the metal, or if it is malformed that even if they bend them into shape, they will still be problematic and never be as good as one that wasnt damaged. I mentioned these were expensive. My glasses ran approx 500 with the lenses. Maybe not for some, but thats a lot for me to put down on a set of glasses. Im not that good looking that the style is going to make that much difference one way or another. So I want them to be as good as possible to mitigate that aesthetic.- When I mentioned this to them I asked whether about whether these frames are what they were selling me or would they give me new ones. They assured me they would never send out the old display frames and that Id get a brand new one, not worn before or display etc. Well the glasses came. They were the same ones. Fortunately I think Lenscrafters overall is a good company. They are convenient and usually get it right. And typically their services is good enough. And that was the case. The manager here asked me what I wanted to do, I told him to get me new frames or.... he just said not a problem. So all in all Lenscrafters stays in my good category. But this purchase I wish I felt was done without malice and they just didnt know. But I dont believe that for a minute in this case. They should never have sent me the ones they specifically said they wouldnt. Hoping Id either just let it go. Or honestly I dont know what they were thinking. But customer service and integrity wasnt their guideline. A mistake is one thing. This was deliberate and dishonest. So as a business owner myself. I work very hard to never ever give a reason for anybody to ever leave a review like this one about me. These days unfortunately it doesnt seem like that value persists too often anymore. Id be careful buying from this store. Perhaps the sales consultant didnt know. Maybe it was purely a mistake. But I wont ever go find out there again..
Better than walmart, but not the best. Kind of low quality. Frame was uneven, and. Couldnt fix it, I guess teck lack experience. It takes too long to deliver. More than 10 days, as I said, Not the best place to go,
The optometrist was very helpful and took time to answer all questions and what she was doing. The staff was also very helpful. The whole visit was good even though they were a bit busy. They did not make me feel rushed at all. I will be return when it is time for glasses again!
Had my eye exam and purchased new glasses. Alondra, who did my pre screening, and the doctor were very informative about the many questions I had. They were very professional. Great overall service. Planning on buying another pair of glasses soon. They have a great variety to choose from.
Very friendly staff and a nice, cozy office where it is easy to get assistance. There was an honest mistake made with my lenses, but the staff was quick to be sympathetic and driven to fix the error in a hurry and at no added expense.

My son is 9 has been wearing glasses for the last 4 years and in those four years we have gone to Walmart for glasses, and The vision center, he was dissapointed with the variety he could choose from and I was upset with the the insurance policy. Until we went to LensCrafters and had a wonderful experience and he was excited to go in and be able to pick what he wants and I get fully insured. When u have a child that has to wear glasses to be able to see and hes over joyed about the eye Doc because he actually enjoys it. Makes all ur day that much better, he feels handsome and can take on the world thanks LensCrafters.

Terrible experience with this store.Over charged with insurance,been 2 weeks and havent gotten back to me regarding breakdown of charges,(what they charged me and what insurance will pay).I pay 30 dollars a month for Eye Med insurance and believed by looking at policy glasses at the most would cost around 225 dollars at the most (including co pays)Asked for verification.,never got..I ended up paying 398.00 for exam(49.00)in which was billed to Eye med, 49.00 for 1 year accident coverage(ridicoulus)the rest for glasses, nothing fancy .If I am wrong I will retract this revue, until then I beleive this place purposely overcharges .And takes its time filing insurance, once you pay.However the staff was nice but should be better trained in using thier new computer system,I was there 3 and a half hours only to find out I wouldnt receive my glasses that day(took 11 days to get).I only went there because I thought it was a 1 hour place.

Some of the worst customer service Ive ever seen. I knew more about what I needed than she did. Then she was completely wrong about the situation and gave me mis-information because apparently SHE needed glasses. The lab techs were climbing on the lab equipment and banging on it to work. Do not go here.
I called LensCrafters to get help with my online return and they have me waiting longer than 30 minutes in fact I’m currently on the phone with them still waiting for someone to pick up the phone
Appointment was for 12:20 and waited 30 minutes to see the eye doctor.
