I bought frames online and stopped in to Stanton to have my old lenses put into them. Everett switched out my old lenses into the frames and didnt charge me for the service, even though I bought neither the lenses nor the frames there. I originally found this place by driving past multiple times, then getting a deal on Groupon motivated me to go in. I havent tried their optometry services because I have been going to a different place for 10 years. But I have brought my prescription to Stanton for the last couple of years now. Theyre great with customer service and have a wide selection to choose from.But what earned them 5 stars and my repeat business is their kindness. My infant/toddler daughter has mangled my glasses multiple times. Every time I go back in, they have either adjusted my glasses back to comfort or made sure I had an affordable replacement in a quick turnaround. I never had to deal with the warranty people myself, they handled everything. I am so grateful for the care they took to help me in my times of need.

I visited Stanton Optical the other day for a vision test, contacts, and glasses. Unlike other places, Stanton Optical had more availabilities and could fit me in that very day. The vision test was easily prepared by a nice and professional technician and the test was performed by an optometrist who was working remotely. It was my first time with a remote test like that, but everything went as smoothly as if the doctor was there in person.A week later I received the contacts and glasses. The glasses have been phenomenal! The frame is fashionable and the lenses are comfortable.Last note: The technicians at Stanton Optical have been more than helpful along every step of the way. Shout out to Kassandra and Yesenia for being phenomenal optometric technicians!

This is the worst place I will never return nor recommend anyone here. Sacha told me I must choose a frame and purchase day of exam because it was a “use it or lose it” for insurance coverage. FALSE! If she would have had any type of customer service or knowledge they would have gotten a lot more money out of me. Not to mention when I did get my frames it was NOT what I ordered, I had to return 2 additional times to pick out different frames because they couldn’t get it together! A month later I finally got A frame I am not even satisfied with. Definitely do not use this place!

Great selection of frames,the staff is great,took a month to get my contacts, I had an eye exam for both contacts and glasses, spent over 750.00 on both glasses and some amazing contact lens.How come I wasnt offered another pair of glasses from the 69.00 BOGO deal ? They could have been from the selection of frames and lens you have at that price and didnt have to have all the add ons that the ones I ordered had.Could have been my back up glasses just in case.No savings on the contacts, but theyre great.Overall Im satisfied with my purchase,but a free pair of the 69.00 offer would have been nice, just the offer would have been thoughtful after spending all that money.Still,youre good for 5 stars.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I Ioved my experience here and enjoyed the treatment from the people. They were very nice and it was easy treatment.

Terrible experience! I felt like they guessed my prescription. I went in for contacts and glasses. I could barely see with the initial contacts prescription they gave me. Then then completely changed the prescription, and said well well try this. Contacts took multiple times, and eyeglasses needed to be changed. It took months. And, when asked if my insurance had been billed they simply said I got an insurance discount. I ultimately felt like I got a prescription that someone guessed should be correct and paid for an exam that shouldve been billed. Will not return!

I walked in and was treated very well from the start. The team is amazing and so willing to help get what you need. Yesenia was very helpful to get me the prescription I needed and explained everything very clearly an overall good experience will be returning when I need a new pair or an eye exam.

I was referred to Stanton Optical in Santa Maris by my cousin. I was totally amazed at how fast and efficient they are. I called and they got me in the same day. Kassandra was the representative who helped me and she was super friendly and very informative which I loved. They have a wide range of frames that were all just super cute. Ulises walked me through the exam. It was very thorough and quick. Staff was attentive and will definitely be recommending others to come here. If I could give them an extra star I would.
