If they dont carry Tom Ford Fing Fabulous.. thats a big minus for me

I wish they had a pick zero stars. I will never go in that Sephora again! The employee had zero personality! When asked if he carried a product he just shook his head!! Worst store I have ever shopped in!

I went in just looking around and I was so enlighted by the service. Rachael Lopez was a great host. She helped me find exactly what I needed and opened my eyes to more things to try that would benefit my skin. I had a great experience Im definitely going back soon!

I felt completely disrespected and profiled when a friend and I shopped at this establishment. Because of our young age we were assumed to be shoplifting and was obviously being suspected by the employees. I decided to not get a few items and when i set them down a lady said “where are the other items you picked out??” I told her that i put them back and she went to go check to make sure. After that i was talking to my friend about what to get and thats when a secret shopper and the same lady employee had a conversation in front of us trying to see what we were doing/saying. I will never return to this location and I should have spoken to the manager about the poor customer service I received. If i could leave 0 stars I would ):

Waited patiently for someone to help me. I finally get someone to help and he while we are talking he asks if he can help someone else real quick. I say sure and wait patiently again. After more than 10 minutes I go looking for him and hes helping ANOTHER customer and they are walking all around looking at this and that. By then I was done and just decided to leave. Too bad! I was really looking forward to shopping there and I was ready to spend a good penny too. Better off going where I will get the help I need.

Disappointed...... if i m not wearing makeup that doesn’t mean I can’t buy makeup. Unprofessional staff they don’t talk nice at all

I have always had bad experiences going to Macys make-up department. Either the girls that work there would give you eye rolls or act like you were taking money out of their pocket if you returned makeup that didnt work for you but here at Sephora the girls that work here have always been so pleasant, patient, helpful, and genuine! I now will only shop here for my makeup! Customer service makes a world of difference! Macys should take note!

Unorganized & kind of dirty. The testers I saw were dirty & unsanctioned. I saw hair in a couple of the Tacha creams I opened. The store is small & very cramped. I suggest going to the actual Sephora or Ulta.

Its a small store but the carry a lot of products. They have lovely ladies working there very nice and helpful

Luv it! Everyone is very generous, respectful, & most importantly, knowledgable. I was so excited to finally get a local Sephora & I was definitely didnt disappoint. Needless to say, Im a regular!

Best place for all your inner and outer wear

This store is so nasty! Nothing is clean, they are out of most makeup. They only have one girl working so its hard for here to help everyone at once. Id rather drive to SLO to sephora. I couldnt even use a gift card from there because they are combined with JCPennys. ULTA is better in santa maria.

I spent a longtime narrowing down what to purchase and its out of stock. 3rd time this happens.

Out of stock of most items, the store itself is very dirty not kept up, only one person working so you dont get the help that you need, would not recommend, rather drive to slo.

Honestly disappointing all the way around. From employees to customers being ratchet with testers... I’m a slight make up snob, but location location location.... Ulta rents a whole store in town for a reason.

I personally was disrespected in this store because I was not treated equally so I do not recommend this.
