This store is amazing. All of your projects from home repairs to fun crafts to even building a green house to and the most equipped barbaques.Come on down and shop around OSH is back in town.

Nice store. Employees ok. Some better than others. Crazy how a place can go out of business and come back the same with one word misspelled! Maybe thats only part of the reason its a ghost town?

I bought some tools recently and i was pleased with the vast selection of tools that they have in stock. the tools work perfectly fine and i could consider this place to buy more things.

I think this store is Great. It is well stocked with all kinds of things I had never seen before. I love all of the equipment for hummingbirds. The people are nice there. They have a lot of fountains and just about anything you could want.

This place has every nut and bolt you could ever need and the proper tools for everything. Its pricey but well worth it as they carry all the good brand of tools and not cheap harbor freight quality tools

I give this store a 5/5 stars! I was very pleased with the experience while I shopped in this store. All employees were extremely helpful and very nice, very professional as well I might add. I came in a couple weeks ago and needed some screws and found them fast! A woman in the hardware section went above and beyond to help me, as well other employees in other departments helped me get everything I needed! I browsed the whole store just to take a look around since the old OSH closed down just a bit ago but this new OSH is amazing! The whole store was very clean, well stocked, and everything was easy to find. If you want great service and products at reasonable prices, come here!

I love the new store! The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The store is very well stocked. It has a wide open feel to it with good lighting. This is where you go to find the odd piece of tubing or rope that the big box stores dont carry. This store also has work clothing and a wide selection of work accessories. Dont hesitate to ask the staff for help while you are there.

Found a couple of hanging floor pots, beautiful colors on the flowers, looked healthy and vibrant. Never been disappointed with Osh.

Glad to see the brand back. I grew up with OSH in San Jose Ca. It was an old time hardware store. Lots.of wooden drawers containing almost everything you would need in the day. This store is a good representation of the memory. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. Was not disappointed in the shopping trip to a iconic store.

What a fun place with a lot of things to do and to see and to buy. We bought a fountain. It was fun.

Great selection of tools and home repair supplies

Being the first time I went, it was a bad impression, I was buying my purchases and it was 7pm. in the afternoon. My daughter needed to go to the bathroom so I took her but they were cleaning it, I told my daughter we have to wait a moment, so we continue doing my shopping I returned to the bathroom at 7:25 thinking that my daughter could use the bathroom and I asked the concierge if I could get into the bathroom quickly, and he answered me with a resounding No, without any explanation, so I went in front of the cashier to ask her if they were already closing and she said no, that they closed until 8 pm. and then I asked her why they didnt allow to use the bathroom, she said that they had just told her, that because he had just cleaned it, and I was and? I replied, to see if I go elsewhere to find a bathroom, maybe I will come back and it will be late for my purchases, then she replied, youre right, let me ask my manager, and she went to the manager and she said No. Then I left my things in the shopping cart, better I went to do my shopping in another store. * the store is ok. * The employees are not friendly,or aware it seems that they do not like their work.Only the cashier was kind.

My first time in since the reopening, and Im very impressed! Huge range of items, well organized and neat, and friendly, helpful staff.

First off, let me say, Diana, you are such a sweetheart and an awesome soul!! If it wasnt for her going above and beyond for me, I wouldve had to drive an hour out to Paso, WHICH I WOULDVE! Her customer service and just her personality in general was beautiful and so much appreciated! A nice break from the usual customer service we get from the young and inexperienced on a normal basis! And then the comroderie of her and Vince was super gratifying as well. Seeing coworkers act as best friends also felt very nice!! In the end, they DID have the tool I need, and it was the last one!!! I had no idea this store was even here in SM, but Im glad I found it, and Im glad I went in, and Im beyond happy I left with what I wanted and in good spirits!! Thanks again Diana! Staff are well-trained to help customers meandering the floor. One of my favorite local places on a Saturday.

Bright clean location. They have a large selection, but not overwhelming. Staff is helpful and you can easily find them in the store to ask questions.

Found everything I was looking for. I tried the bigger hardware stores yesterday for the things I found today and they didnt have the things I needed in their stores.

I loved it. I used to whine about missing the old OSH when it closed. Now theyre back under new ownership and management to my delight. Love the friendly service, the stores space is just right, not like the huge Home Depot nor Lowes. Its my favorite go to store and hobby lobby .
