Worst customer service... I had asked to see an item demonstrated to see if its the right height and he told me that they dont do that with displays. Why have a display then? So I can see it out of the box? They should define what a true customer service is...

I get so many tools here. Best prices for basic tools. These arent usually for hard use, but for light projects and the odd hobbyist its absolutely perfect.The staff is great and very helpful. There is plenty of parking and its right next to a great grocery market so you can combine errands and buy even more things you may or may not need. Theres even a bank and an amazing gym near this location.

Good prices good quality. The reason for the 2 star is that there are only two checkers there that have been kind and pleasant when I check out. All the others never smile and act like the customers are annoying them. This was before the covid. Many friends say the exact same thing. Will re rate later as things may have changed.

This store has always been clean and orderly compared to other Harbor Freight stores that I have been to.

Not the best quality on some things, but great prices.

Harbor Freights a really cute little place to go if you want some inexpensive tools. If youre buying a power tool however and its cost more than $50 I would purchase the warranty plan with that. Most of their tools are inexpensive and I purchase them when Im doing a short Job and know the tool wont last through that job. All of that being said, they do have a good selection of other products and like nitrile gloves and drill bits and miscellaneous stuff that is generally pretty good and they always have sales and they always have coupons on products. The sales people that work at the store are almost always willing to help you find something or answer a question which is really great.

Had exactly what I wanted...and super cheap price

Went to go return a wheelbarrow tire and they insisted to try a different type, so I did and it didnt fit as well so i asked them to just give me my refund and they said they cant because i already did a return/exchange and they can only give me a gift card. Even though I paid in cash and it doesnt say anything on their return policy. SO WHEN MAKING A RETURN AS FOR YOUR MONEY BECAUSE THEY WILL TRY TO TRICK YOU INTO GIVING YOU A GIFT CARD AND NOT YOUR MONEY

Always very snotty when I come and like their suspicious that I might try to take something. Thats the feeling I get every time.

Prices were right but the downside is they are constantly moving things on you so when you go there today something is in one place to go there day after tomorrow

They lower quality tools at competitive prices, not bad for most hand tools. I would recommend avoiding the screwdrivers and cordless electrical tools, but sockets, rachets, wrenches, torque wrenches, are all great.

Its Harbor Freight, what can you say. Large store, great place to get those tools that you will rarely use. Staff could be a bit more helpful when you are shopping though, its like being invisible.

This location has a variety of tools and items needed for the DIY projects around the house. Harbor Freight has plenty of parking in a shopping center that is visible from the main avenue in Santa Maria where there is a market, donut and coffee shop aling with a workout gym and pharmacy.

My 3 year old loves this place so much. Took me a half a hour just to leave. Good prices but i was bummed they didnt carry door knobs.
