Not concerned about ensuring you get the right hearing aid. They pushed the KS 9.0 because they wear that one. Told them i Hate changing batteries requested rechargeable and informed them I have tinnitus which they should have known the KS 9.0 don’t support tinnitus at all. Requested the resound rechargeable hearing aids after explaining what my issues were and was told absolutely not and said I will refund you. Maybe you should go to an ENT they may need to do some further testing. Wow if you don’t agree with them I guess they have the final say. They assume because you don’t like what they push on you they say your thinking the hearing aids will restore your hearing to an original state. I said no that probably isn’t possible but I do believe just because you wear a KS 9.0 hearing aid does NOT mean they will work on everyone thats why I assume they make so many different ones. All I want is a good hearing aid that helps me enjoy everyday life as I hear on advertisements all the time. Sorry that I inconvenienced Costco

Costco used to be very welcoming but now it seems as though they just try to get people in and out and customer service has been hit and miss since they moved to the new store. In addition the parking lot layout is a disaster and the food court is conveniently placed on the windy side of the building.

Now I know when to go to Costco. We were 8n line less than 30 seconds. Great job.
